Subway

Staff is rude sometimes not all the time but they sometimes act as if your bothering them. No issues with the food besides them being out of chips twice and out of ccookies once.

We had to stop by here because it was a long ride back from Clearwater.

1) My biggest mistake: not reading the hours, but this was the 2nd Subway we had to stop and there were chairs outside (so that we don't leave our dog in the car). They close everyday at 10 pm. It was only 8:30, and the girl (who kept me waiting because she was taking her sweet time chatting up with the guy, not just making the sandwich) said she can't serve hot or toasted subs anymore because she just cleaned the toasters, but did offer microwaving (nice.. I appreciated but that would make my sandwich too soft). I didn't show any attitude at all, was just a little frustrated and my fiance said to me to just get the sub and wanted to leave and was waiting with our dog outside at the table.. so I went for the cold BMT. He didn't want any.

3) Another thing that really put the star down was that they had a sign (which I later realized after I paid) "If you are a rude, grouchy, or just plain nasty person, there will be a $10 charge just for putting up with you."  Wtf? lol.. Please, if someone lives closer by this place, I ask to take a picture of it because mine was dead..

4) She was the only person making the sandwich, and the other one was just standing next to her with the other 5-7 people ordering the subs.. She wasn't cleaning or touching the register or anything, but come on.. I felt bad for that girl who helped me.

5) She forgot to give my receipt (and I understand because she was the only one behind the counter that time).. I was going to look for the info on it so Ralph could tell the headquarters that it wasn't right that they had sign like that. I found this location to be for sure because I had the GPS stating it was on Palm Beach Blvd and so close to the highway. I don't think he will do it because he was like nevermind.
