Went here for lunch Saturday since the weather in Atlanta will not cooperate to sit outside. We ordered the soft pretzels and they were GOOD!! We also order a couple of 22 oz summer shandy(6.00 a piece btw) and 18 wings and one order of fries. I was quite surprised when we got the bill and it was $42.00 with tip is 50$ lunch. TO me that is quite expensive for a wing and beer lunch but the wings were good. We got Asian Zing, Parmesan Garlic, Buffalo and Honey bbq. The flavors were good and the service was good as well. Our server was Murphy.

Drinking a Margarita while eating lemon pepper wings. Fantastic way to end Mother's Day. I've had bad experience with lemon pepper wings (too salty) but these were really good. Looking forward to having them again.

Excellent burger and wifey had lemon pepper wings that were very good too. Big Leiney drafts also. We'll go back if we're hankerin' for some wings next time we're in the area.

Very good wings,  I got the hot wings and they were plump and meaty.  Good sauce.  A little loud, but I guess that's part of the "charm" with 7 million tvs.

The food is regular old wings and stuff. The BBQ nachos are awesome though. I love the salt and vinegar wings (I can find them nowhere else). We have had the same waiter the past two times we have gone and he has been amazing. Regular bar food with a spin, good service, and table games to play..... I'll keep comming back!

Love this place, the servers, and the food.  I usually order lemon pepper wings extra crispy with extra seasoning.  Yep, makes my mouth pucker :)    Will be heading here for the UFC fight on Feb 23 too :)

    Thanks BWW !

Last night was date night.  Didn't quite know what we wanted so decided on cold beer and wings.  Headed to BWW because it's closer than our preferred spot and we're always on the search for decent wings close to home.  Well...I can't say anything about the temperature of the beer, or the wings because we left after being literally ignored by no fewer than 5 people.  We even got menus to peruse on our own and my hubby picked up the sign in sheet to get an idea of how long the wait would if should we ever be acknowledged.  Customer Service is a lost art at this location.  There were 2 large groups waiting and they told us, as we were walking out the door, that they had been waiting so long the younger children in their party were falling asleep, so they may have lost a party of 11 as well as us.  We'll drive the extra 5 or so miles to our preferred wing spot from now on.

Everything physically about this place says great sports bar. HD TVs everywhere, plenty of seating, etc. But the wings suck. I mean, seriously? Buffalo Wild WINGS and your wings suck? Always overcooked, and just slathered in sauce to the point of repulsion. I like my wings naked, no breading, with minimal sauce or none at all. So these are everything I don't like. It's so unfortunate, because otherwise this place is a great place to watch a game. And I give it an extra star because I truly appreciate the fact that they show very expensive PPV Boxing matches for free. Guys, overhaul that wing menu, and get higher quality chicken wings, and you'll be in much better shape.

The service is what makes this location suck. The food is good but I can get that at any BWW. This particular night I ordered take out. The waitress told me how much it was, I gave her my money then she turns to another waitress and walks away. How about keeping your customer informed about what is going on? I understand you need change for the register, but before you just walk away with my $40 how about telling me what you're doing??

Do you enjoy waiting an hour for mediocre wings?  Do you prefer interacting with your server as little as possible?  Does the prospect of having your car window smashed thrill you to the core?  If so, make haste!  All of this and more awaits you at Buffalo Wild Wings on Mansell Road.

The food is middle of the road greaseball stuff.  And that's okay really, because what else do you expect from a chain of wing themed sports bars?  You pretty much know what you're going to get: plenty of fried food, smothered in various sauces and dripping with grease.  Sometimes this is just what the doctor ordered.

Even at those times, though, I recommend going elsewhere.  The service at this location is the slowest I've ever seen at any restaurant.  Every visit follows a predictable pattern.  You are seated and a friendly server takes your order.  Drinks are delivered promptly.  Then your server disappears into the kitchen and you wait.  And wait.  And wait.

It's not an exaggeration to say that the wait for an entree averages about 45 minutes, consistently.  You will NOT see your server for the duration.  They become as elusive as the fabled Yeti as soon as your order has been placed.  Savor that beverage, because there won't be any refills for a long while.

A short time ago BWW had a promotion where you could get "bottomless wings" for a flat price during lunchtime on Tuesdays.  I fell for this clever ploy exactly once.  When it takes nearly an hour to have your FIRST basket of wings delivered, you can forget about ordering seconds during a lunch hour.  (Unless perhaps you have a really understanding boss who doesn't mind it when you take the afternoon off?)

It boggles the mind that this place is still in operation, because I never see anyone actually dining here.  Even during peak hours there rarely seems to be more than two or three tables seated.

A note about the smashed car windows comment: recently there have been multiple car break-ins reported in this parking lot.  Somebody is doing the ol' smash-and-grab and they keep coming back for more.  This isn't really something you can fault BWW for, but if you do decide to dine here, park near the entrance and keep an eye on your vehicle while you eat.

Well I gotsa lot to say about this but I'll keep it short, cause you probably are reading this having at least visited a Buffalo Wild Wing before.  So not alot should suprise you here.

First, they should rename the place Buffalo Wild Boneless Wing, so that on name you skip the regular wings.....  otherwise you might never come back.  Boneless = great wings.  I'd say that the bone-in wings are the worst thing on the menu... sad right?  The wraps, tacos, appetizers, all are good and priced right.

This location has a bad chef in the mix.  You can go there 1 out of 3 times and get something burnt, undercooked, or something - so far usually it's overcooked.  On the bright side the waitstaff usually just nod and get a reorder in right away, no fuss, so I don't mind this so much because the pricing.

Which leads me into the best thing about this place, it's budget friendly, the food is all priced right.

Lastly, and most Buffalo Wild Wings are good for this, is that there is both a family section and a bar section.  So each type of customer can have the environment they want.

The TV situation at this location is fantastic, and if you like the UFC fights there is no cover - but be prepared to stand and stand with little space or service.

I am pretty much a fan of BWW. It is typically a well executed example of a chain sports themed bar/restaurant.
This location is the worst I have experienced. The food itself (wings) was pretty good, the server did a pretty good job.
The bad thing to me is that this place is so LOUD. I mean music playing loud, several of the TVs were turned up loud this requires anyone who wants to have any conversations to also be really loud.

    Let's see.. hm... hm... hm...

Thursday night and the place was empty literally... This place has what it takes to the an awesome sports bar.  The place has like 20 TVs all around with a great bar setup towards the end.  There's enough seating at the dining area for group gathering as well.  The wings are decent size and the flavors are pretty good for an American fast food chain.

But the wait staff, service, and the atmosphere in the restaurant just seemed like something was OFF.  I can't quite put my finger on it but it definitely did not have the cool factor at all.

I wouldn't recommend it for anything but maybe a true guy's night out where we are just interested in some wings, beer and SPORTS! BAM!

Friendly service. The manager stood around while the place was busy on a football Saturday. That always annoys me. Nothing like a "leader" standing there while table are dirty and people need to be seated. Our server did a great job - frequent refills and a prompt check.

The food is consistent with other locations. I had the Wild Wings and they were solid and well spiced. My son enjoyed his hot/lemon pepper combo and his Ultimate Nachos (he is a teenager, what can I say???) looked and tasted pretty good, except for the cheese, which tasted like something out of a jar that was bought at a convenience store. What a shame when all of the other ingredients were so fresh.

I struggled with 2 or 3 star and it came down to this, the place was simply nothing special, even for BWWs. It is a chain restaurant in a great location. They will do a great business regardless. I'll go back when my son wants to go, or if a friend suggests. It won't however; be a destination.

I keep wanting this to be a good place, but it's just not in the cards... The wings are not good at all. The sauce tastes bottle-ish and just not really integrated into the wings. The service was slow, but friendly. I give this one star for food and an additional star for the friendly service, but we won't be back.

Took about 45 mins for food to arrive. (It's not even like they were busy!)
    Server never came back.
    Napkins were not given.
I had to go up to the soda machine myself to refill my soda.
I had to get up to get napkins myself as well.

But somehow the server finally remembered to come by an hour and a half later to give us our bill!!!

Food Is delicious but wow, be prepared to serve yourself!!

This place is too frickin' convenient. Due to past bad experiences, the only time I come here is for the free UFC pay for view fights.

Their wings are good due to the variety of sauce, but as boney as you would expect from a wing's chain restaurant. I am afraid the poor chicks never see sunlight or go past 20 days of life.

Every time I have been here service has been bad. They know they have a pay for view and they know they are going to have a crowd, yet they NEVER bother to have any extra hands on night's like that. What is wrong with the picture? Obviously the problem is, I am dumb enough to keep coming back....THAT is what is wrong. This is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk along the Greenway so I use that as my excuse!

I went last night for dinner with my sister- it had been a long time and a bunch of my employees always told me about their wing challenge.

I had a few Miller High Lifes, and got 18 wings in 3 flavors- Spicy Garlic, Carib Jerk, and Blazin.

My sis had a chicken alfredo flatbread (which I had th elftovers for breakfast- yummm).

We also had the queso- tastes like I remember but they do not do the blue corn chips anymore.

I got the wings, they were interesting- the flavors on the sauce were good, the wings were cooked, but still seemed greasy/mushy.

Seems like they found a hit, but just need to control it better.

I rarely get sick eating, but lets just say that an hour after eating there, I was in absolute pain and spent more time in the bathroom than I needed to- be careful how many wings you eat there- the grease will get you!

Don't waste your time or money.  This place is crap.  The only thing they have going for them is cute servers, but that's about it.  The name suggests they specialize in wings.  But consistently the wings are so overcooked you'd have to be a pitbull to get the meat off of them.  The sauces are great, but you might as well put the sauce on the fries, but the chicken sucks. Gave then 10 chances, because I really really wanted wings...and the servers are cute.  But no more.  Save yourself the trouble. Go to Hooters on Holcomb Bridge instead.

This place is what it is...a corporation trying to turn a profit by masking as a sportsbar or whatever. But I have not had a bad meal here. Of course, it's always lunch and the place never crosses my mind for dinner or on weekends. I have not had the boneless wings so I can't comment on that. But today I had the honey bbq burger and fries. The burger was messy and tasty; the fries were good, not dripping with grease. The service is inattentive and could be better. But since I eat here so infrequently, it doesn't bother me so much.

I was very disappointed in the customer service. I tried this place for the first time by placing a to-go order of 25 wings and some celery. When I got home I realized I had no celery. I called to let them know and see if they'd do anything since it was too late to try to go back and pick up celery. The girl apologized and said she'd mixed up the order but since she couldn't do much about it now, did I want to talk to the manager and maybe get a credit of some kind. She transferred me to the manager, who said he would give me a credit of 60 cents for the celery. Honestly, I thought they'd give me $10 off my next order or something to get me back in the door again after screwing up. But 60 cents? In an aloof manner, he said, "she made a mistake, she apologized, I can't do anything more than that". I don't think I'll make it back to use my 60 cent credit.

I want to be inspired to write glowing or scathing things about this place, but that's the problem.   It's not 100% wonderful OR horrible.   Here is a quick breakdown of the good, bad, and ugly.
    Good:
Sauces - Lots of flavor variety in varying levels of spiciness.
Atmosphere - Family-friendly, lots of TVs, kid games, on-screen trivia, etc.  (I guess only a "good" if that's what you're in the mood for.  If you want subtle ambiance, this is not for you).
Wings - Decent, nothing special or terrible.
    Bad:
Boneless wings - I actually think they need air quotes because they are neither boneless nor wings.   They are barely chicken. They are sauced-up pieces of tasteless hard deep-friend breading.  Do Not Like.
Service - can be ok at times, but other times it's completely heinous.  Like during prime lunch hour, when they can absolutely anticipate being busy.
    Ugly:
Beverage prices/specials - ugly because there are none.  $6 for a 12oz draft beer?  No thank you, especially when nothing else is there to save the day.

Here's the thing.  When I go to a place like this, I know they are serving me corporate "product", and I expect that.

But don't serve me crap.  I'm not down with that...

The "boneless wings" were crap.  They don't even resemble a wing or even part of an animal.  "Chicken Stumps" is what they should call them... Its like the Ice Truck Killer dismembered and prepared the chicken in a psychotic and unnatural manner... and the breading, I think its particle board.  Hard, thick and uninviting.  We're not really talking about food here, its more of an edible, pseudo-meat construct.  Cross that with salad-dressing-esque pre-bottled wing sauce and my appetite was assassinated Hassan I Sabbah style.  If I have to come back, I'll stick with the regular wings, which are at least somewhat edible.

Much fail this place Buffalo Wild Wings, much fail.

The food is good, much better than typical bar food, but not as good as Taco Mac or Wild Wing Cafe.  The beer selection is not very good if you're interested in IPAs.  The staff is attentive and friendly.

i dont know what it is about this place, but I keep finding myself here quite often. I love the trivia game the have on the tvs, I guess its a good distraction from waiting for the food, but I havent really waited a god awful time for my food.

I have really found that the sauces add taste in my opinon. I like the hot bbq, and the wild most of all, but the asian zing is pretty good too.

Besides the wings, the sandwichs are all good as well, i had a chicken sandwich with bacon and honey BBQ sauce, and it was rad!

Just try it out, and keep an open mind, and you will be good to go.

First time, wings were okay. Second time everything was terrible. Like others said, service is pretty abysmal. I'd go to watch football and drink beer. I just better eat first elsewhere.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but something is terribly wrong with this location. The servers are rude, slow, and do not come around to check in on your or re-fill your drinks. The food we ordered took over 25 minutes to get! Mind you the restaurant was less than 1/4 occupied. It just seems like the staff has no idea how to serve its guests and based on the other reviews, their service is consistently poor. What a shame because Buffalo Wild Wings is a great franchise and nice venue for sports games, friends, and groups. I hope they can clean up their act soon or else no one will be coming to this restaurant.

Well you can't throw a cat out of the car window without hitting an uninteresting wings joint.  This is one of the worst.

You can see that the service consistently blows from other reviews.  That was our experience  It is amazing that nobody does anything about it.  I hate empty drink glasses!

The wings are all  heat no flavor.

This place survives on it's location.

I wish I could give this place a good review, because I love Mary, one of the shift leaders. She used to be the bartender there and the only reason I ate there. - otherwise I'd just get my food to go.

I love the food for what it is. The sauce variety is great for my indecisive mind. But, like others have said, the service is SLOW - even when there is nobody there.

I mean, Hello people, patrons walking into the restaurant at lunch time on a work day, PROBALBY means they're on their hour or so lunch and therefore, can't be waiting forever for  their food to come.

With that said, I'd recommend this place for to go orders or if you have time to kill.

I was in Alpharetta last April for pretty much the only reason anyone ever goes to Alpharetta, a Microsoft class.  Squint and you could be in Northern California.  Kidding aside though, it was a nice little town. Thanks to restaurant chains there are hundreds of Alpharetta's all over the country now.  After spending about two hours driving around Lawrenceville trying to find Boudreaux's Cajun Seafood Market I gave up, deciding that neither of their locations existed.  If only I'd known of Yelp at the time, I would have never wasted my time driving around looking for them.  Anyway, drove back to the motel and walked to the Buffalo Wild Wings across the bridge.  It was a weeknight and it was pretty packed.  Good beer selection.  Decent service for a sports bar that serves chicken wings.  Killed quite a bit of time there because I was bored and the wait staff didn't seem to mind.  Customers were friendly and the Peroni was excellent. I don't recall if the service was slow but I was in Alpharetta by myself so I was in no hurry to go anywhere.  No complaints.

I had a very similar experience to that of Richard R. The food was alright, but the service was slower than Christmas.

We got there right at lunch during the week. I was surprised at how dead they were. It was like a ghost town. And even for the small crowd, they were still understaffed. Don't know how this happened. Took a long time to get our order, drinks, utensils, etc.

I ordered some boneless wings that were pretty good. For bar food, I would put them slightly ahead of Taco Mac, but that's not saying much. Was disappointed in their kid's menu and the lack of variety there.

They have the usual trappings of a bar... million TVs, live trivia and poker with the wireless devices, a larger bar, some video games, etc. And like many other restaurants on this side of Mansell, the parking is strange. There are very few spots near the restaurant itself, so it overflows behind the restaurant. This is just a little odd to me for some reason.

There are better choices for food and drink in this part of town. I will not come back, and would not be surprised to see this place closed in the near future.
