I was so excited to finally get the chance to go to BWW. It was on a Sunday early in the afternoon. First on our way to our booth I tripped over a small vacuum cleaner that was next to our table. Hostess said she would take care of it but never took it away. Our waitress seemed really less then thrilled to be there waiting on us. She was also surprised she had to explain their menu to us as it was our first time there. When we ordered we asked for a side of mayo...not that unusual of a side to ask for. Our food came, no side of mayo. I asked the waitress to bring our side of mayo. Ten mins later I was still waiting. Our regular waitress came back and I told her I had asked 2 times now for a side of mayo. She came back explaining they were out but she would run to Applebees to get some. When she came back she handed me a wad of hellman's mayo foil packets. Now I finally get to to eat!  No, when I bite into my burger, my $8 burger...you can tell its a preformed, frozen burger patty that has no seasoning on  it, my bun isn't toasted....really? I mean to say they cooked it, but it was preformed, tasteless sham of a burger. I couldn't take another bite. The manager came over and wanted to find out what was wrong. Apologizing for the burger, explaining they really are a wing place so the burgers aren't the best. As he left, he took the vacuum with him. They didn't charge me for my burger, but they also didn't offer me anything to come back...maybe I'll try their wings next time, but still not quite sure what the big deal about this place is.

Edited to add: I rec'vd an email from the head restaurant apologizing for my experience, stating they would send us a gift certificate. When I did finally get gift certificate I opened it to find it was actually 3 small $5 GC's. Their cheapest item is $8 (I think) so thanks so much for sending me a GC that won't cover much.....thanks.

A few years back, there used to be a rib franchise called Damon's.  Now the ribs were fine but the real draw were the various telvision screens where you could watch the sporting event of your choice.  It was great if you were out of your favorite teams territory and wated to watch them from whatever remote location you were at.  Well take Damon's and pump it full of steroids and chicken wings, and you got Buffalo Wild Wings.

Thats how I would look at it, but some might call this place Hooters without the tits.  Either way, the primary appeal are the zillions of television screens around the place.  Just about every kind of sporting event is being shown somewhere in this place.  Upside to this place is that they have this huge selection of tap beers so it's easy to find one that you like.  To me, food is standard bar food.  If you're not in the mood for wings, burgers, nacho's or some deep fried crap, go somewhere else.  Bar is like this huge void with a zillion glaring TV screens, I felt like I was in a bad Twilight Zone adventure.  Service is kind of a mixed bag as there are some good waiters and there are some bad ones.  My bartender was OK but the waitress that brought me my cheese sticks looked at me like I was a piece of dog crap on the bottom of her shoe.

If you like sports bars, bar food and the franchise mentality, this is for you.  Otherwise the ambiance is strictly artificial and the food is the same old crap.

The servers are always nice and friendly, however the service to get the food is usually slow. We normally only order wings and figure that's something that should be pretty quick. I keep coming back though because the boneless wings are amazing!! I've tried quite a few sauces but the honey bbq is my favorite!! So glad BC got a Buffalo Wild Wings. The nachos are always amazing! But huge, definitely want to share them.

Horrible WiFi service every time you come here.  Usually it doesn't work at all!

Slow service. Very Busy wait time 45 minutes just to get a seat. Food and drink service non existent had to ask for our food. Excuse was food takes a long time to cook. Food was eventually brought out warm and signs of being sitting around awhile. Been to several BWW's and this is by far the worst . No apologies given by the restaurant.

Great place to hang with friends and enjoy tv, trivia or poker. Wings are a bit pricey, service is just ok.

Be prepared to wait to get in on weekends as it recently opened and is still very busy during dinner hours.

We were there for Tuesday wings special and just like other BW3s the food are awesome. Our disappointment on this location is the service. I would think on Tuesday wings special night they should expect more people, and should manage accordingly, but we actually waited for 35 minutes from the moment we ordered our food until it was served. Never in my experience with BW3 I experience this. The food usually comes within 10-15 minutes. And our waitress is not friendly or helpful either. When we asked nicely if she knows how long should we wait for our food, she answers it's busy now so maybe a while.. well, we know that, can she check? Anything else would be more helpful, but whatever.

Food wise it's great. I mean what's not to like about their wings, right? They even have a lot of TVs and the atmosphere is cool, too. But given so-so service and lack of time management, I would rather visit BW3 on East Lansing where we never have to wait so long and always get good service.

Granted they opened recently, but we had a terrible experience waiting for our takeout.  We placed our order and after about 25 minutes asked after it.  After the 15 minutes they said it would be, they said their system was down and it hadn't gotten made, then they said it had been accidentally served on the floor.  All in all it took 45 minutes for our 50 wings to be made.  The manager never came out to apologize and they didn't take anything off the bill or offer us a drink while we waited for them to fix their mistake.  While the flustered server did give us a $12 gift certificate...our experience left a lot to be desired.

We were here on opening day, and I was not disippointed.  Normaly you would think that opening day would gave a bunch if flaws, but not today.

I ordered the grilled Chicken Buffalitos, and an order of 6 traditional wings with hot garlic sauce.  The Buffalitos were great, and so were the wings.  My wife ordered the black bean burger, and commented on it being one of the best she had ever had.

Even though they were packed in the first day, the waitress was able to take care of my table of 5 without many issues.  Overall, we had a very good experience at BW3's, and we will be back.  Oh, and they have an outdoor patio and tons of TV's for sports.
