Not a ton of options here for non- meat folks. However, I can get by with a black bean burger, shrimp poppers , mozzarella sticks( really good), celery & carrot sticks to munch on. I strongly advise against getting the spinach artichoke dip! It was terrible. Otherwise, BW's is a good place to hang out , drink some beer( they have a pretty extensive list) & watch the game. They have tons of tv's in all areas, I prefer the bar area for: faster service, visual of beer options on tap.
Review Source:There are quite a few places to eat quite nearby to this restaurant but I decided to try this one. Â I was shown to my table quickly by the hostess and told my server would be with me shortly. Â The restaurant was not over busy but quite a few tables were occupied. Â My server seemed a little preoccupied with the next table but took my order for drink and food. Â Took quite a while for my food to arrive but in the meantime my server was at the next table talking to the man seated there, not about his food but where he was going! Â Brought out my food and went back to talking to the man about maybe going with him the next time he went to Texas! Â I managed to catch the eye of another server to ask for mayonnaise but as the food was barely warm I didn't eat much of it. I did watch other customers who seemed to enjoy their food which seemed to come out quite quickly. I guess I was just unlucky with my server, she did come and collect my plate and leave me my check so guess she can't be all bad.
Review Source:This is a easy 5 star location if you rate everything from the manager down.
The servers are great and friendly. One night I went in and we were drinking for happy hour. Our last call drink turned into 6 drinks for 3 people because the server kept "messing up". I don't know if it was intentional or not, but we were drinking the same thing all night and all of a sudden, we had "wrong orders" and got free beer. I have no idea if it's intentional, but it is what it is.
The other night I went in there and yet again shut it down. Last call again and the bartender saw my glass for 1/3 full. So she made the suggestion of me ordering now, and she would pour it later. I said it would be cool and I finished my beer. The manager comes out and asks why I just got a fresh beer when last call was 5 minutes ago and she told him why. He then said I needed to hurry up and get out. His name was Dusty and I then spoke to some people that work there and found out good ole Dusty has some issues. Not the best at following company policy and just overall rude.
Now this is the first time I have called someone out in a Yelp review and I would not have if it were a server or bartender. A manager treating a customer like crap is a bad example for a place that is good overall. I feel bad for anyone with a manager like this.
I really love this chain, enough that I used to drive 20 miles to the next town over to get wings, but after three trips to this one, I'm going to avoid it for a while. Food was good all three times, but service was bad to horrible all three times.
First time was shortly after they opened. I came in for lunch, got seated fairly quickly, but after the waitress took my drink order, it took 15 minutes for her to come take my food order.
Second time I brought my family for dinner. They brought mine and my wifes food, but not my son's. After about 5 minutes I had to flag down our waitress, and when she went to check, she came back to say they lost the order in the kitchen. My son finally got his food about 20 minutes after ours.
Today I went in for lunch, ordered a berry lemonade like I always do at lunch, and when the waitress brought my third refill asked did I know that there were no free refills on the lemonades. Every other time I've eaten there, they were free, so I was shocked to find out that I had drank $9 worth. When I told her they had always been free before she told me I was mistaken, they had never been free. It would have been nice to know after the first one, so I could have switched to water.
Buffalo Wild Wings has good food, but suffers from service related issues.
Located in the newest retail development off of I-12, Buffalo Wild Wings is still very new. The restaurant is sports themed and has televisions covering every square inch of the restaurant.
I came here on a Sunday and was seated immediately. The restaurant is quite large, but was very crowded. The server was friendly, but service was very slow. To his credit he did warn us that the kitchen was backed up, but everything from drinks to food took an abnormally long time.
BWW focus on wings and has an enormous variety of flavors in boneless and traditional styles. I opted for the traditional in hot and habanero flavor. I also ordered a buffalo chicken salad.
The wings were very good. They were perfectly fried and well coated with sauce. The sauces were both hot, but not overpowering. The salad was just ok. The chicken was not coated in sauce and was very dry. Next time I will just stick with wings.
The restaurant would be a great place to watch a game with all of the TVs. I will probably be back, but will wait a few months to let them work out their service problems.
