I've been to "B-Dubs", as it has been nicknamed, only once before tonight. Both nights were fabulous. This evening I built my own burger- I ordered the black bean burger with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon and ranch and it was one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had! I found out afterwards that it was a veggie burger. I honestly thought they just threw some black beans in with ground beef. I'm not entirely sure how they did it, but it will be my go-to burger on future visits. It was loud and fun, just what our group was looking for. I wish their fries were the thick steak fries, but they were still good. All that aside, I also ordered the chocolate cake and ice cream. It was pure heaven!! I devoured it all by myself and I simply refuse to feel guilty for it! Â :) definitely recommend! However, if you are against smoking, they allow smoking in the bar seating area, but it wasn't too bad. I wasnt overly fond of sitting there, but we had a large group and not too many seating options without a long wait.
Review Source:If "sports bar" for you means more TVs, louder audio, more cigarette smoke and sort-of-average food - then this is the place for you!
The Pros:
- They have a ton of TVs, which was amazing.
- The service seemed to be pretty decent.
- They can accommodate larger groups without much trouble.
The Cons:
- The food is not that great.
- If the event you want to see isn't on a big screen (there are five in the bar area) you're in trouble...hope you brought your reading glasses.
- Cigarette smoke death, and/or bodily stench (you will need to wash your clothes after).
- It is SO LOUD in there.
So...I went to watch the #1-ranked college football team play for an undefeated season and a BCS championship bid, but the game WASN'T EVEN ON. At least initially, we had to ask to put it on. The big screens had Mississippi State / Ole Miss, Texas A&M / Missouri, and Stanford / UCLA. I understand the desire to show the first two, but that last one - no one was watching! And how can you NOT show the #1-ranked team? So I had to squint to watch on a smaller TV while lesser-ranked teams played on the large screens.
The audio for the Ole Miss / Mississippi State game was so loud that it gave me a headache, and yes I realize that saying this makes me sound old. It was also hard to pay attention to another game with the audio from some other game blaring in my face. Add the fans yelling anytime anyone did anything, and it's just so so loud.
The food...I had a bacon burger and fries - they were just okay. The patty was pre-formed it seemed like and the bacon was the thin microwave kind. Not terrible, just not amazing - it would never be a reason to bring me here, which is a mistake, I think. My buddy said the same about his wings.
Overall I had kind of a negative experience, even though I hoped it would be great.
My son & I attended together, we both were first-timers to Buffalos Wild Wings...Yelped before we came in, of course, and were struck by the shear quantity of TVs in the establishment...we were quickly seated and a waitress quickly asked what we wanted to drink, then everything grinded into slo-mo...waited so long for drinks that when she asked about appetizers, we submitted our entree orders as well...our food was good though, and my son said worth waiting for...i tend to agree with a previous yelper who remarked on the quantities of salt in the food...it is especially true of the sauces..
Review Source:When we roll up in here, we always ask for a booth. Hate sitting  at a table 'center-stage'...And 4 out of 5 times, it's an issue to get one. The little woman at the front is nice 2.5 out of 5 times. The servers are usually really good though. Food comes out how you asked for it, mostly. I haven't really had anything here that I didn't like. But eat here in moderation, you will need bigger pants and a call to Weight Watchers if you go here a lot. Unless you are one of those magical 'I can eat anything I want and not gain weight' type people..if so, then I hate you.
Review Source:Good food & service. Wings are good. Tried a change & had grilled chicken salad with chicken done in hot Buffalo sauce. It was great! It tasted like hot wings with salad, but without all the fat (skip the croutons & extra cheese). It was friendly and the food was good. There were a LOT of uniformed military there @ lunch. Overall it was a better than average experience & I am hard to please.
Review Source:Eh...
A star for all the TVs.
A star for the selection of sauces.
A star for the fries.
Minus a star for the service. It wasn't horrible but our server Vanessa was not friendly and not easy to speak to. Took her a little while to get to us.
My wings... ehh..... not too impressed. I've def had better.
Buffalo Wild Wings sucks. My kidneys will be working hard over the weekend to filter all that sodium.
My mom order ribs and it was mostly fat on a bone.
My husband order Chicken Tenders and he could not finish them due to it being salty.
I order the Sampler and WHOA only thing good was the nachos.
I have to agree Remy, when Football season rolls around this place is going to be jam packed, crazy fun :)
I personally don't eat wings (no smart comment folks, I'm a good GF as my man LOVES wings)
so I ordered a chicken sandwich with some wing sauce. Â Was good enough. Â Nothing over the top.
I ordered a Rita and again good but not anything I would jump out of my chair about and go crazy for.
BF ordered 3 different flavors of wings and seemed happy enough.
What was the start of the show, other then the TV's everywhere. Â Was our waitress. Â OMG Alexia kicked Ass as a server!
She knew every item on the menu and on top of that she informed us about the Tue night Rita specials and also about some other night that was Wing night. Â Maybe Monday?
Either way she was a dream of a server.
