A total dive bar with karaoke. It's a little hard to find as it is hidden off the main road. There is one pool table and one dartboard with broken darts. The patrons are a complete mix, you never know what you'll find. I loved the people watching. I was surprised to see they have J-E-L-L-O shots. Not bad...but not great, probably not the safest place to go.
Review Source:This was my usual hangout for many years... but that does not mean I like the place. Â
The Stairs has seen better days, but who could remember those? Â Well, possibly your 68 year old mom... mine does.
For cheaper than casino drinks and bad karaoke, there's no other place like it around. Â On that note, they basically stay going using the business model of not having any real competition in the area. Â They hardly ever update their music and even though karaoke is their main draw, you feel as if it is almost shoved to the side. Â The place is limited on room, it's usually hot and almost always has way too much smoke. Â Not to mention the microphones barely work most of the time.
Now for the good side... well, I don't really have one. Â It's just a usual hangout and there's no real karaoke bar competition.
This is a hole in the wall karoke bar. Â You can get as drunk as possible, get on the mic and people will still clap for you. Â Some of the best times I ever had in Biloxi started here! Â It used to get really crowded and the bartenders were still friendly. Â Don't go here if you are looking for class. Â You go here with jeans and kicks on, let your hair down and SANG!!!
