Lynchburg Landing

In my whole life of living on the coast I've never heard of this place.  My OS buddies brought me here a few weekends ago after I lamented "is there a single f*cking bar in town that doesn't have a band playing?!"  This was the solution.  Honestly, it seems a bit sketchy from the outside but then again, is there a single sketchy place in OS?  I don't think so.  We walked in and it was everything a dive bar should be.  Dark and smokey.  They have a shuffleboard game and a couple of pool tables.  I think it was karaoke but i'm not sure.  The bartender was beyond friendly.  The prices were super cheap.  I still feel like I was in a hollowed out double wide though.

the lynchburg is a cement square where people go to drink and smoke, throw darts, play pool and drink.  it's got a cruddy charm about it that makes me like it a lot.  they got a great jukebox that i play the entire creedence album on when i go.  troy is a fantastic bartender.  just don't expect to class the place up.
