Issue #1 Horrific service

Our waitress " Autumn" was extremely rude and very very slow
Our entire parties drinks were constantly empty, she took our order slowly, and made it a point to let us know by her attitude that she was in no way happy to be serving us.

Issue # 2

Our food took over an hour to come out of the kitchen multiple orders were incorrect and had to be sent back more than once.

when we finally went to leave our bill was split incorrectly and it took almost a full hour for them to get our bill corrected and to get us out the door.

Management was not helpful at all and did nothing at all to help correct any of the problems our group was having,

I have never in my life not tipped a waitress until this day and I will never go back to this Buffalo Wings again, which is unfortunate seeing as how this is our usual  sunday eating spot, no longer

Go here if you want to be neglected by your servers, receive cold food, and generally be pissed off by terrible service.

Worst service by our waitress Amanda, she kept prolonging to take our orders and we knew what we wanted because we had about 45mins of waiting for a table to figure it out. We were a party of 8, and needed two tables, they kept telling us to wait for a third table to combine with two of the available tables, in the end we sat at two tables. Anyways, she avoided taking our order after visiting us three times, first to tell us she will get out waters while we look over the menu, then get our drinks....OKAY...came back with our waters, took our drink orders and was unfamiliar of what drinks they had and didn't have, and then she finally took our order....after about 30mins we got our food and appetizers at the same time, and the table next to us got seated after us and had their appetizers already.

IDK about this place man, I just came to watch the fight, and we didn't pay $10 cover to sit at the bar section, and they ended us showing it through out the restaurant anyways, felt sorry for people who did pay.

WARNING! They blast the A/C for some reason so bring a light sweater.
