    Garbage!!! That's it.

Our chili cheese dip came out very runny. The manager came by to "inspect" it. He concluded that they must have just opened a new bag of cheese/meat.. Gross! He replaced it with salsa and charged us for it.
    The service was bad.
We got napkins and silverware about 6 minutes after our ENTREE. She "couldn't find any". We got our FIRST and only soda refill when she brought us our to-go boxes. We had to remind her twice (after she remembered out togo boxes) to please bring our bill.
I urge you to take your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

I have only had drinks here before last week, and I won't be back after my most recent experience;  its too expensive for what it is.

I ordered two tall Bell's Winter White drafts, and they were delicious, and I felt that $5.50 a piece was a fair price to pay. Drinks are expensive everywhere, so unless they are downright ridiculous - it doesn't usually influence my experience.

I was, however, disgusted by being charged $2.40 for ranch and dressing. I'm a big believer in not paying for condiments in general. If its part of a meal or item it should be included, and the total cost of the food should reflect that. To spend $0.60 per tiny cup of dressing is insane!

On principal alone, I can't go back to a company that nickels and dimes its customers. Go to Applebee's, or Kicker's in Grand Blanc, or Chili's, or Red Robin, or any of the other places in the area that offer reasonable food and service, without charging extra fees. In this economy, going out for a meal can be a very special treat for some people, and its a pity that this is how Buffalo Wild Wings chooses to treat its customers.

Worth the drive to go to the grand blanc location.  Service is better and faster there.

Terrific customer service at this location. Awesome timing. I put in an order for 500 wings of several varieties with only 4 hours notice, and the manager had them ready and waiting (packaged perfectly) with precise timing. Every part of the [complex] order was just right. Bravo!

Have you heard the term, "unimaginative"?  Or, "dull".

That explains the Honey Barbecue Chicken Salad at this joint.

What a waste of eight bucks.

A handful of shredded iceberg lettuce (with a lot of the white parts), a tablespoon of finely shredded cheddar cheese, same quantity of chopped tomatoes (how do they chop 'em so friggin' small?) with about one third of a chicken breast, slathered with bottled BBQ sauce.

All served up in a high-class plastic pan with a take-out squeezie thing of dressing.

    What a total rip-off.

Served by mindless waitstaff with automated anti-personality implants.

Noisy, crowded, uncaring and below average.

    Never, NEVER again.

I've never had anything other than the wings here, so I can't rate the other food.

Asian Zing and Wild are my favorite flavors...Blazing is a bit too hot, but sometimes Blazing is like Wild and the other way around.

They have a decent variety of beer on tap and staff is usually helpful. The ambiance is a bit too noisy for my taste and I think BWW needs to realize that not everyone loves sports. With so many tv's hanging there you would hope they would put up at least one news channel or something.
This place would get an extra star from me if it weren't a one-dimensional sports bar.

For a chain bar this place is pretty great.

I like to think that I can handle hot food but the medium is like hot wings elsewhere. Beware of the higher end of the sauce spectrum.

The awesome thing is that the NTN trivia is on like 3 TVs and not relegated to a teeny tiny TV behind the bar that you can't see no matter how hard you try.

They have a bunch of beers on draft with several rotating taps.

I take back everything i say below this review. the place is expensive and not worth it. If you want trivia go to Damons and get some real food. Go to Remington's for cheap beer and trivia. Find some other place. BW# is expensive and not worth the $$

BW3's is a fun spot for a few beers and trivia.  They have good wings with a rainbow of sauces and large range of spiciness.  Hot mean HOT.

Some of the best parts of the this chain bar is a good sized selection draught beer and one of the few places left in Flint with NTN trivia.

This is a good spot to go when you want to be entertained by your surroundings while you drink beers and have a few wings.

And I'm serious when I say hot means HOT! BW3's is rare in a chain that when they something is hot it really is hot and not some weak McDonalds version of a spicy sauce.
