Buffalo Wild Wings

For the past four years my friends and I have frequented this BW3 location to watch UFC events, and in the past year the quality of food has dropped dramatically. Everything is a disappointment: Stale bread for sandwiches, overcooked wings that are dry and rock hard, and draft beer what tastes like vinegar (a sign that they don't clean the lines from the keg). The service has also slumped and the main goal of the wait staff is to push bottles of their wing sauce, not refill your drink or serve your food on time. Worst of all the prices have skyrocketed. My wings, appetizer, and spoiled beer came to $27 and that's simply outrageous.

The spoiled beer really bothers me. I told the waitress it tasted bad and she replaced with a glass that somehow tasted worse. I didn't finish it, but I was still charged for both glasses. This is unacceptable service, especially considering the large volume of Bar and Grill establishments in Grand Rapids.

Probably the worst of the area collection of BDubs. Barely any service and the food just isn't up to par with other locations.
