Upset stomach every time I eat here

Worst time management ever. I've been here twice during lunch. First time waitress was asked to bring straws twice, didn't bring them and I finally got up to get them, she finally came by with them after the fact.   When we asked for our tickets the drinks weren't put correctly so she had to redo them.

So I thought second visit order ahead and pick it up. Told 10 minutes, it took them 25. To top it off cashier went back and forth to get the stuff from the kitchen, understandable but when she went and helped a guy take an order to his car??? Yeah um he was a young guy, he doesn't need help. If you are taking orders, you are doing that, taking orders.

Poor time management will not return to this location.

Horrible service..... Horrible food... This place is declining... This used to be a good place but they have slipped down down down on customer service
