Worst time management ever. I've been here twice during lunch. First time waitress was asked to bring straws twice, didn't bring them and I finally got up to get them, she finally came by with them after the fact. Â When we asked for our tickets the drinks weren't put correctly so she had to redo them.
So I thought second visit order ahead and pick it up. Told 10 minutes, it took them 25. To top it off cashier went back and forth to get the stuff from the kitchen, understandable but when she went and helped a guy take an order to his car??? Yeah um he was a young guy, he doesn't need help. If you are taking orders, you are doing that, taking orders.
Poor time management will not return to this location.
I am not sure what it is but I must attract the worst service ever. Â I went out with some coworkers for lunch and things started off OK. Â We ordered three waters and that is what we got. Â Then we ordered. Â On the plus side, the food came out pretty quickly. Â On the minus side, two out of three were wrong. Â One person who was supposed to get salad got fries and also the wring dressing. Â The other person who was supposed to get chips also go fries. Â I ordered wings, they didn't come out very hot but I survived. Â Time to pay. Â Hand the lady my corporate card. Â Our credit card machine is out. Â Um, I barely even know how to use cash anymore. She tell me she would have run it manually. Â 15 minutes later she returns with a piece of paper, not a manual credit card receipt, with my number written on it and the total, thankfully with a place written in for tip based on the superb service we had received. Â I will be back...well because the food is decent and their are not a ton choices in that part of town. Â

Came in early Saturday... Before the crowd, my husband order the build a burger - he is allergic to cheese so he orders no cheese. Needless to say it comes out with cheese, we tell the waitress.... She takes it back ...not 1 minute later its back out with the cheese obviously scrapped or washed (?) off........ There are still bits of cheese on the patty. Â Could not believe this.. No excuse for this kind of laziness and lack of concern for customers. A few other things I notice was a waiter walking in and out of the kitchen eating...then eating again at the bar...while he is working. Also there was a waitress with extremely long hair getting the tangles out with her hands and then braided it into 2 pony tails....in the dining room! Â Beer was good and cold...food was typical BWW.....service at this location is terrible and disgusting!

Got invited by some great friends and even after 8pm at night, we had to wait for a table, so they were busy! Â Got our table and put in some drink and app orders right away. Â We had the German beer, and no I have no clue what its called lol, but it was actually really good!
For our appetizers we had some fried pickles which were good but I've kinda gotten to where they all taste the same..For my dinner I did the 8 boneless cuz Im picky like that! Â Half were Spicy Garlic and the other half Teriyaki..they were good but not anything new. Â We did eat some of their fries and onion rings which were also good but nothing spectacular! Â
We had a good time, despite the waitress dumping my childs chicken sandwich onto my friend...it was a good time and good food. Â And I wonder why my cholesterol won't go down..
I love BWW, so it's probably a good thing we don't have one closer to the house. Â This is our go-to place for wings, beer ,and trivia. Â Good chips and queso (they add meat to the queso), fried mushrooms, and cheese sticks. Â Hubby usually get the tenders and I like the wraps. Â You can choose whatever wing sauce you want in the wrap which is a good way to change things up. Â Pretty decent beer selection from the big breweries (no craft beer here..=() Â One of my favorite things is that they have Buzztime Trivia, love playing trivia! Â There is a Buzztime app for the iPhone so you don't even have to get a playmaker. Â
Good place to chill, eat wings, drink cold beer and learn a new thing or two =)
Yea, it is a wing joint. There always seem to be sticky stuff on the menus and tables. A little TLC would raise my review.
The "Ultimate" Nachos were pretty minimum.
This might be a better place to catch a ball game and get lit up. For the sober work lunch, sans booze, look elsewhere.
This place is what I try not to get seen coming to too often. I have no problem with wings, especially if its 45 cent Tuesdays. It's just that I really don't like seeing all the ignorant people I used to go to school with. They have never left and they never plan to. It's like they live in a closed off, ghetto reality.
The bar here is always packed with thugs and trashy locals. You can smoke inside, so everyone is raping the idea of smoking indoors.
I will come back for the delicious wings and to knock a couple back with old friends, but I'm moving the party elsewhere.
