oh bww, why? i used to love your yummy dripping with sauce parmasean garlic wings, but now? where's the sauce? where is the flavor? and it was sooo loud in there! my husband and i couldn't even talk to each other? ...what? ...what? why am i yelling??? ... sorry i can't hear you the music is too loud and the people at the table next to us are being really noisy!!!
ok, i think you get the idea!!!
Don't usually frequent chains, but on a holiday Sunday, there wasn't much open. Just wanted something light, so I ordered two appetizers. The place was packed, so their being slow was probably reasonable. The first one ("Molten nachos") came out without the pico de gallo topping. Even after I sent it back it was returned rather bland (server did tell me afterward that I could have ordered sauce). Buffalo chips were fine, but nothing special. The Desert Heat (spiciest) dry rub was at best a mildish medium. Server was attentive. The place was very loud, had dozens of television screens but it was difficult to pick out the audio for any particular channel.
Review Source:I really like Buffalo Wild Wings! The one in Idaho falls though, is a little different. It has the same atmosphere as all the other Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to, it is usually packed (specially on Tuesdays and Thursdays since they have 1/2 off on their wings on Tuesdays and boneless wings on Thursdays..) Anyway, the servers are always nice I've gone so many times I remember their names and faces. What i didn't like this last time i went, was that they now charge you for each little thing of ranch you get extra. The ridiculous thing is that they only give you one little bucket (the 3 oz or so) for every 6 wings. Ridiculous! And if you want more of those, they charge you about $.50 each. RIDICULOUS.
Review Source:food is for roughnecks. Â lotsa food average taste and price...but nice feeling when your choices are BWW or Trappers. Â blah. Â Ambience is great cept super loud...other reviewers are consistently saying same. Â We will go back because its one of the only places that isn't gross in Willytown. Â i'd give a FIVE if we were comparing to rest of willy, but for real humankind...it's more of a three. Â don't expect a TON of tasty food. Â the service is ok tho!
Review Source:We went on Tuesday because it is a value, for wings only though. Â My spouse had a lot of wings so that was good they were on discount, and I ordered a burger. Â They were very busy and they seemed like nice folks but it took forever to get our food.
The bar had a lot of t.v.s to watch to kill the time, but we waited too long for the grub to come. Â My burger was nice and big but too juicy for me, the bun was a little soggy, I will get the wings next time. Â The beer came with a large foam top, like end of the keg or something, it settled down and there was more than an inch of empty space at the top of the glass. Â I would say its just another average sports bar type place. Â Not sure if they are trying to be a Hooters or not.
The staff was nice but didn't seem very experienced or like they had worked there a long time, I would suggest more people in the kitchen on Tuesdays, or just eat wings here because they should have a bunch pre-made on that day and I would hope they get to the table faster. Â
Overall, Tuesdays are a value but there are a ton of people in there and the service suffers when they are swamped.
I have to say that for a chain, BWW seems to be consistant with the quality of its food and service. Â As of this review, I've been here to this Idaho Falls location two times, and both times I have not been disappointed. Â Great staff working here!
I mix it up on the wing sauce choices, so I have many favorites. Â Bar makes a great drink too.
I would definitely recommend this to others, so give it a try if you are craving good ole wings!
Do not order anything but wings if you don't want to throw away your money. The ribs tasted like a combination of fish and the smell of a car with leather seats. The manager was totally inexperienced and indifferent to my experience. He would close his eyes and look up at the ceiling directly after I asked him a question. Just skip this place all together.
Review Source:If you love to watch TV while you eat - maybe this is the place for you. Â But for me, I can watch TV and eat at home, so I'm looking for something a little different when dining out. Â For me to have to endure the college dorm room atmosphere, the food would have to be outstanding - and it isn't.
Frozen patties cooked and covered with sauce doesn't make a moist burger. Â Varying the wing sauce selection doesn't make it neat. Â I can produce better than this quality of food at home and enjoy a much more pleasing dining atmosphere.
I wouldn't waste the time or money. Â Cook at home, I'm 100% confident that you can do better.
We've been to many BWW's and this is by far a nice looking place.  The bar is set up to sit a good number  Very slow services.  Kitchen lost our order. My beer sat at the window for a good five minutes each time; since the waitress doesn't drink beer, maybe she doesn't realize it needs to be ice cold.
Review Source:This was a great experience for us. There were 7 of us and we were here to eat. We wanted apps that were quick. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip to start.
The help was fine, the food came quickly and there were plenty of televisions...
The wings were stellar and we were all smiles when we left...
John S. in previous review for Buffalo w.w. is correct  this place is BAD !!! The burgers we had were Bad, the Long Island Drinks were Bad, the girls/Waitresses  at the Bar were Bad. They never asked us  if we needed anything ! We had to shoot a Distress Flare in the air to get Service. The drinks were very Watered Down !!!  1st Time,  Last Time !!  A Buddy at another table we met there the same night , told us the next morning his Drinks were so watered down that he thought he was only drinking Cokes AND not a mixed Drink !!! Very Sad we had high hopes for this  place.   NEVER AGAIN !!!
Review Source:Sure... maybe the "Hottest" new restaurant in ID Falls, but that would be an insult to Idaho Falls!
I am a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings but there is some much needed improvement at this location.
I sat at the bar and was noticed and had a beer poured in less than 3 minutes.... all down hill form there.
The two bartenders (even the one that poured my beer) didn't even check to see if was hungry. The two girls would dance when a new song came on and sing as if they were their first job ever!! I came for wings not beer.... serve me up wench!
I sat patiently waiting to be noticed again.... They girls might have had tight asses and firm breasts but what I wanted was wings. After 15 minutes of waiting I finally flagged on them down. Ordered my 15 wings and slaw and waited some more.
The food came up at the appropriate time and my order was correct! "Hooray for the Kitchen Folks" (Shout out to my peeps in the BOH!) She asked if I "needed" anything else, I said "carrots and celery.". No prob... but do I really need to ask for a fork to eat my coleslaw?
Again, the food was good, wings were great, slaw was ehh!
Finally when I asked to pay I handed her my CC and she ran it.... and I ended up paying someone else's tab! WTF again?! Does it look like I had $30 worth of food on Tuesday wing night?!
Come for food, and contrary to what Matthew U. said... Bring a book even if you're sitting in the bar!! I will return for wings someday but other than that, this place needs a lesson in how to operate in "The Service Industry" because "service" is one product that they have NO idea about!
Sorry girls..... Your semi-attractive looks don't make up for your crappy work ethic! And to the managers.... learn how to "manage" your people!!
HOTTEST NEW RESTAURANT IN IDAHO FALLS! Â Without a doubt the best Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever walked into and I've been to over 50 across the country. Â The big screens and TVs are unbelievable! Â They are everywhere and truly High Def! Â
Staff is outgoing and energetic! Â Always makes my visit better when the staff is engaging and this group definitely was!
14 sauces on any menu item makes every menu item a favorite. Â In my three days in Idaho Falls I visited each day and had two different sauces each day and cant say which one was better, because all were excellent!
This is a must for anyone who wants to have fun while they are out in Idaho Falls!
