I really don't think this place even deserves the one star. I hate having to leave a bad review but after an hour and a half of waiting on our food when the place wasn't even busy and it being cold when it got to us it seems I have no other choice. My chicken queso wrap was meh at best and over priced for how small it was. I couldn't believe that they didn't comp us anything for how long we waited! I've been to several bww locations and they have all been satisfying experiences so this leads me to the conclusion that this is just one bad one. Also after talking to a few friends they confirmed that this location is always substandard. I'll never be back to the Lakeland Buffalo Wild Wings again, I'll just make the drive to Brandon.
