She said "12 midnight" we got there 11.38 and we saw bussiness hours on the door sunday closed 12.30.so we got in and caucasian girl name Michelle greets us and told us that "we are already closed and kitchen is closing down" i said "can i have at least to go?" She replied "not even to go" i asked for manager then Michelle called the manager, manager came and run to the kitchen and got back out and told us "we can sit you"  but after all that early closed greet we prefer to have IHOP instead and i dont think i ever come back here.ppl complaining not having a job everywhere but once they got a job they just dont care/not responsible enough or at least help pick up bussiness

Awful service! Forgot drinks for 10 minutes, messed up order THREE times, messed up ticket twice. Food was ok, when they finally got it to me. No offer to cover part of order or have manager apologize. Won't be back again. Looks great in the ads, but disappoints in reality.

Visited after the Razorback game on Saturday. Good atmosphere and food. Just felt really bad for our server because it liked she and 1 other server had the entire back part of the restaurant.

Staffing defiantely needs to improve for a better customer experience.

I hate to do this - but even though it's a chain - it earns the 5th star.  There isn't a wing joint in Little Rock.  Every place I called is either closed or is take-out or no alcohol.  I go for my late nite wing fix to BW3.  Lo-&-behold - nirvana.  I get the .50cent wing special, extra crispy and they arrive PERFECT.  20 of the best wings (on the smaller side but not sparrow-like) I've had at a BW3.  Waitress was attentive & beer was cold.  What more do you really need in life?

Went to watch the NFC championship game. The power went out and there was no backup generator. Right when the power went out they brought me another beer. There was no way I was gonna sit there in the dark and drink this beer while I was missing the game so I tried to leave. They wanted us to leave a credit card number to pay our tab, which in my opinion is a ridiculous request. Luckily we had cash. It took forever and I still had to pay for the beer I couldn't drink. I do not recommend this establishment.

#1 most important thing: DO NOT PARK AT WALGREENS! The night we went it was super busy and tons of people parked there... well in about 2 hours they towed over 30 cars!!!! Including a friend of ours, it cost him $225 to get it back!  :-(

OK, now that's out of my system...

We went here to watch the UFC fight a few nights ago. The group chose BWW because they have lots of TVs... and high quality TVs unlike Hooters and Gusano's. It was a busy night and we had to wait for a table, which is fine. We got seated in the said amount of time. The guys all got wings and seemed to like them, I got the hot pretzels and chips and salsa. Our drinks were never empty though it took a long time to get our food, but they knew that we would be there for the whole fight, so I think they just took their time bringing us our food.

I don't think we'll be back simply because of the parking situation, they do not have enough. There are signs that say "Do Not Park" at Walgreens AND the shopping center next to it. It seems like BWW has maybe 20 spots with their name on it :-/

    I love their wings.

I love their long hours. (Until 1:30 am most days)

I hate that they're so effing far from where I'm staying, but I still drive 20 minutes just to get their fabulous wings.

My first visit I stayed for a Primo Margarita on the rocks with a salt rim. It was pretty good.

The 24 buffalo wings with buffalo sauce was pretty awesome too, for some reason they were the hottest of my visits.

Buffalo Wild Wings pretty much monopolizes my food options since I get off work at around 12:20 am most nights.

The place has a lot of TV's. Most are on sports channels. I'm more of the Bravo TV kinda guy.

    I Heart their wings
