I've been to this location many times and it seems that the service declines each time. Â It always takes forever for the food to come out once we've ordered and this past time the waitress was in such a hurry to get rid of us. Â The food is meh - typical bar food of wings, burgers, fried appetizers.
Review Source:It's clean. Â It's nice. Â It's a fun place to watch football.
The food is too spicy for me. Â Even a plain old Chicken Caesar salad had dressing on it that was SO filled with pepper, it was practically inedible. Â
The service was good. Â Nice outdoor patio area to watch televisions on. Â
I have been to other Buffalo Wild Wings before and this one is exceptionally clean compared to the others that I have been to. Â The bar is always pretty busy so sometimes, waiting for a drink can take some time.
The only thing that really annoys me is when people do the "wing challenge" and win the rights to the remote control of the big television. Â They change the channel in the middle of a game you are watching if they win. Â This means that mid dinner, you may find yourself having to pick up you food and move to another seat in order to finish watching the game you started watching before some neanderthal decided to eat 2340325870 hot wings in 30 seconds in order to be able to change the channel and sit in a recliner.
Great for them, HUGE inconvenience for everyone else who is already settled in for awhile and halfway through dinner.
But whatever...silly fun to be had in a clean, nice atmosphere. Â Nothing to write home about, but certainly not to be ignored if you just want a cold beer, hot wings and a good game.
This place is real hit or miss on the experience when gong to watch the UFC fights, your best Bet is to sit at the bar for the best service. My last visit I had a waiter block our group from grabbing a large round in the bar area, taking another group, at a neighboring table, word that they needed the table for 19 more people coming. Long story short, their group of 8 monopolized 2 tables and left half way through the fights. Management was shocked at the waiters actions, but that was it. If it wasn't for the fights, or watching a game I can't catch at home, I'd probably not go here at all.
Review Source:Hey, it's a chain, what can you do? Â I have never been impressed by BW3s food, but this location deserves the 3 stars (generally I'd give the others I've been to 2 stars). Â We had outstanding service on an NFL Thursday night. Â How many B-Dubs can you say that about? Â Well, how often had you had outstanding service at any of them? Â Unfortunately, I cannot remember once prior to this time and I have a friend who is obsessed with their food. Â Anyway, 'nuff said.
Review Source:The food is so-so... service is terrible. If you go for lunch and order your food at 12:05, you're lucky if they get it there in time to box it up, take it back to work, and eat at your desk. I could go to the grocery store, buy the ingredients, prepare everything, cook it, AND eat it faster than it takes to get your food here.
Review Source:There's plenty of wing places around, and arguably they have better wings than BW3's. But sometimes, you need familiar surroundings to cheer you up. Consistency is the key to this chain's success. When I go to BW3's, I know exactly what I'm getting. The service is friendly, the beer is cold, the food is tasty, and if there isn't something interesting on one of the dozens of TVs, I can always play some Buzztime trivia.
Sometimes, that warm familiar feeling is all that's needed to make everything well in the world again. No surprises, no disappointments.
