Buffalo Wild Wings

Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite restaurants, so I was extremely disappointed when I tried this location.

The food was still just as good as it is at any other BWs locations, but the service and the cleanliness were less than desired. My husband and I went on a slow night thinking we could get in and out pretty quickly, that did not happen. There were a ton of servers on and hardly any customers but we still received mediocre service.  The bathroom was one of the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever been in which was probably the biggest turn off I had with this location. It smelled terrible and there was trash all over the floor.

I will definitely give it another chance because it is the closest location to my new house, but if it is this bad again, I will be driving across town to another location.

The only reason they get five stars is for Jon the bartender. If he wasn't there I'm not sure I'd even give them a three. He takes care of his customers and ensures your order is right. It seems at least one thing in our food order is messed up each time but Jon always works hard to get it corrected fast. If you go, sit at the bar!

This is your typicall B-dubs.  Good wings and cold beer.  For some reason though whenever we go the kitchen always screws something up on us.  They either bring us the wrong sauce or forget our celery...Not sure why...but they need some help.  If you get a chance go meet Jon at the bar.  He really likes it too when you play "Big John" by Jonny Cash on the Jukebox.
