Buffalo Wild Wings

A week before an event that was to be broadcasted on TV, I called this restaurant and spoke with the manager who was on duty, who assured me that the restaurant would view the show on one of the big screens for the group of 20+ people I would be bringing in. I thought they would honor that commitment, (if for nothing else) to get business from this large group of people. However, when the time came and we showed up, they flatly refused to view the show on the big screen as the manager had promised. The current manager on duty interrupted me as I tried to talk to her about the situation so that she could answer a call on her cell phone. She proceeded to walk outside to continue chatting with her friend on the phone, leaving me standing there with a group of people angry at me for screwing up this get together we had planned. It is incomprehensible to me that they would treat their customers this way. I urge you not to support this establishment. I wont be supporting it!

Buffalo Wild Wings seems to have a monopoly on wings in the area, which is unfortunate.  The beer selection is decent, and the variety of wing sauces is adequate.  My issue with BWW is their execution.   The wings are small and tend to be oversauced.   I mean, if you have "Wings" in your name, then the wings you serve should be exceptional.  The service is so so.  For some reason they put huge gaming machines on every other booth to serve as an unnecessary distraction (unplugging them seems to fix that).   For what you get the food is overpriced, but like I said, they have a monopoly, so I'll probably continue to go back.

Came here a second time and the service was much better. There were two servers that attended to us and were constantly asking if we needed anything else like drink refills or food. It wasn't too busy on a Sunday afternoon, but that was likely because the Bears game wasn't on at the time.
