Overall, I like this place.  It's six dollars per person for unlimited pool.  However, the one thing that annoys me to no end is the MUSIC situation....  Now, I'm pretty flexible when it comes to the type of musics being played, and can tolerate almost any genre in moderation.  However, Bumpers has a juke box, and it also has a stereo system. The problem is, the two do not seem to be connected in any way.  So If I'm listening to Biggie Smalls on the stereo and someone pays for the Dixie Chicks on the Juke box they both play simultaneously.  That is enough of an annoying distraction to mess up my pool game completely.  They need to wire in both to the same speaker system and install an audio activated line level switch that will toggle back and forth when someone puts money in the box.  This will make the even much more enjoyable.  If they did this, my review would be at least 3 stars.

Overall, this place isn't too bad for a pool hall. In the Manchester area these places always seem to all be a little rundown. Truthfully it would be a dive bar if it didn't have so many pool tables... So with that being the "standard," this place does just fine. I'd prefer to give it 2.5 stars, but we'll go with three since that's not an option.

    Building:
The building layout is interesting. It would have more potential if the place got more crowded, but that doesn't ever seem to be the case.
Unlike most bars, the dart boards actually have enough room around them to be functional, but you have to figure out your own line on the floor. They share a wall with a secluded bathroom door, which is unfortunate, as people have to either walk all the way around you, or cut between you and the board to use the bathroom. (They could just as easily be on the opposite wall, which would fix the problem.)
The pool tables aren't overly crowded together, and I particularly like that the setup allows them to all be along a wall in one way or another. I always hated getting stuck on a table in the middle of a room away from all the walls, but that's not a problem here.

    Crowd:
The crowd seems to be a complete mix of age groups and lifestyles, so I can't give you too much information here. The only solid generalization I can come of with is that It's pretty safe to assume you aren't going to see the trendy crowd.

    Food:
The food isn't particularly great, but it serves its purpose. Either way that shouldn't matter, who has time to eat when you're walking around with a cue stick in your hand? Get food somewhere else, then come here for maybe a couple more drinks and some pool.

    Drinks:
The drinks are pretty cheap, but the beer selection isn't great. It's pretty much all your low end / standard stuff. But then again, you should have probably known or anticipated that from the outside. The only pool hall that I can recollect that had a good selection of beer is now closed (except Boston Billiards in West Springfield I suppose, but I seem to remember not liking their table rates). That reminds me, their "mugs" if you get a pitcher are incredibly crappy, and one was dirty / sticky a few times ago. I stick to bottled beer now.
