I.P. Very Intimate Pleasures

I have shopped at VIP a few times and I think the store is great. The customer service is the absolute WORST I have ever received. I recently went in and purchased a grinder, got it home and it was broken. I quickly returned to the store because it was a $36 product and I was not going to pay that much for something that was broken. The cashier at the store informed me there was no returns which I was aware of but seeing as I just bought it and it was broken I figured I would try anyways. They even told me they should have checked the product themselfs but didn't for some reason. They told me to research where the grinder came from and ask them for a new one. The grinder I purchased is from a factory in china, no way to contact them or get a refund. I then turned to emailing the corporate vip office. I have emailed them several times and I still have yet to hear a responce. You think a store that is trying to get bigger might have customer service? I guess not. I will never purchase from this store again and I'm telling everyone about their broken products and horrible service!

ok, by the time this posts, the cats out of the bag.  I went to VIP a few weeks ago for a xmas present for the special one. itsa secret for now, so im not posting this until after xmas.

now, Ive not been in many of these types of places. in fact, i cant think of any sans a Vicky secret (which doesnt sell knives or bongs or a bunch of other things this kinda place does), so ill leave that for you to check out and yelp for yourself.  the selection i suppose is good, (no index) so take that for what its worth.  yes, they also have the 'knife/bong room' which befuddles me.  do people like to get hopped up and then play with knives? i dont think so. those prices could be decent, not too sure what the ct glass market is, but i do know its way cheaper than boston, is that saying much?  

what i do not like, or maybe i do.. is their return policy, which is no returns, ever, for anything.  on one hand i guess im grateful that anything i buy is virgin (ha!) but on the other hand, anything that is a gift best be spot on or else youre out of your cashola.  I guess their prices are ok, so some stuff was cheaper than VS, again, i dont go bra shopping often or at all, so thats how im leaving that, but i guess its the extras and **groan** hard to find items that sets this place aside.

went there for the first time and i was honestly a little scared...but once inside it was lots of fun. not what i expected at all. It was bright and happy. Had fun looking for bachelorette party stuff with my friends. They had tons of toy and lingerie.They also had a room with bongs and knives (which was kinda creppy). i would defiantly recommend this to people looking for Halloween costumes or party stuff! fun place.
