First the positive: They have a Family Night every Wednesday from 5pm-8pm. They have an artist face paint and make balloon animals for the kids. Very nice touch. The place is also quite clean and seems to be one of the nicer Burger Kings I have been to as far as atmosphere and cleanliness.
Now the negatives: My spouse and I brought our child in and ordered a Whopper Jr  (no pickle)Meal, a Double Whopper Meal (no mayo, tomato), and a Kids Burger Meal. It took 25 minutes and when we finally got our order I had mayo on my Whopper and my spouse had pickles on her Whopper Jr. The food was served warm, not hot. The fries were tasteless and my Whopper tasted like a mayo sandwich. To me it seems they put extra mayo on instead of no mayo. (I looked at the receipt and it was all rang up correctly). No apologies were given until after we were done eating. A teenage girl came out  AFTER she heard my wife say we would not be back. She said 'I am sorry we must have lost your order I guess or something.'
They were terribly understaffed as 4 back tables were a mess and people left because they had nowhere to sit! Don't you think it would be smart to have proper staff support when you know you have Family Night 5-8? We were never given an exact explanation and the 2 couples we went in with got there food before ours and they arrived 10 minutes later.
This place is unorganized to say the least. Avoid it unless you have time to kill and can wait 20 plus minutes for a Whopper that might not be exactly what you ordered.
I won't be going back anytime soon.
