Cactus Mexican Dining

I live close, so have been here more times than I'd like to admit.  Wish there was better Mexican food closer, but there's not.  Inside is dark and kinda old looking, but clean enough.  Food is average at best.  Wait staff is nice, but kitchen takes forever to get the food out.  I'm not sure why when Mexican food is mostly prepped ahead of time and pretty much just assembly as orders come in.  Don't care for going to their bar due to the bartender.  I think his name is Casey and he's arrogant and treats everybody like he's better than they are.

I am a regular at Cactus.  I love the atmosphere of the place and their flour chips.  They have a great menu and my husband loves the specials.  I usually have my usual enchiladas.  I have read some of these reviews and none of them of recent years.  I really think you should give Cactus another try.  Great people, good food, and lots of good drinks to quench your thirst.
