DA SHACK!!!!! How could I have missed throwing out a shout on this place. The first time me and my golf buddy showed up we were treated like long time patrons. The bartender (Matt) had us rolling in the aisle from that moment on. Since that day Caddy Shack is our 19th hole every time we play. Simply the best neighborhood joint in C.B. Good food, reasonably priced, great staff and friendly patrons. Sorta reminds me of the Alibi of old.
Review Source:We were visiting the area and stopped by this bar as an afterthought on the way out of town mid-day on a Sunday. Â Â It's out of the way in an otherwise residential area, but we picked it since it has the same name as a bar down the street from me back home. :)
We were the first customers of the day. Â The bartender was cleaning up the remnants of a RAGBRAI party the night before, but he didn't mind taking time away to visit with us for a while.
In addition to hosting various bands, the bar has pool tables, several video games, widescreen TVs, and a juke box. Â There's a basic menu and beer on tap priced cheaply.
We had fun here being the only people in the place, so I look forward to coming back another time when it's busier.
I like this place, it's a very cool little dive bar.
It is in an old house in an out of the way residential area, which means that most of the patrons are locals, but the place is always friendly, which may be a side effect of its smaller size. There are lots of comfy leather chairs and TVs to watch. They do a lot of 'sports' activities such as volleyball and baggo/darts/pool, as well as goldfish races, which is surprisingly fun.
They have a typical dive bar booze and food menu. Lots of cheap domestic beer and tacos/burgers/etc. The food isn't bad, and it is cheap. My interest in eating there usually goes up in a direct relation with the alcohol I have consumed.  You aren't going to get a Chimay grand reserve with duck confit` at the Caddy Shack, but  they make a damn fine mega mug of Bud served with a taco,
