Love the drink specials. Cheap and plenty of parking. Tried the gummy bear flavor which wasnt impressive. It was just a bunch of fruity flavors mixed. More of a reason to stick to my favorite flavor, peach.

Young crowd, college students and possibly graduates. Perfect for pregaming before you head down the block to Dillingers.

I've never had hookah, (or beer for that matter), but I did come here with friends to hang out for a night.  It has a very mellow, relaxing atmosphere, and the service was very friendly.  I hear they have tons of beers, and many flavors of hookah to try.

Also a cool bubble wand pipe thing which you dip into the cup of soap, and blow bubbles with colored hookah in it.   The best part of the night was when one of my friends tried blowing a bubble, and ended up accidentally choking on liquid soap.  Haha!

If I was into beer and flavored smoke, this would be an awesome place to go regularly!

I've heard of Cafe Oasis/Hookah Bar before but hadn't been until a couple months ago. It is definitely different than the downtown bars which I found to be refreshing. It provides a laid back atmosphere which is great for catching up with friends. Tons of beers and hookah flavors. Def worth checking out

I loathe this place. I grew up with hookahs as part of my culture, we call them nargileh, but this place doesn't even offer tobacco to be smoked, defeating the point. They offer some sort of chemical molasses concoction that does not contain any tobacco, and thus no nicotine. It still has plenty of tar and other carcinogens we don't even know about, but a hookah bar is supposed to be relaxing. It's like a living room or a den, where you can relax and play cards and smoke. Not a club or lounge. Top 40 blaring kills the "exotic" vibe.
This place is anti-authentic. It got a liquor license a year or so ago and now it's even more callous and annoying, serving underage birthright brats their fix of beer or neon mixed drinks and "hookah like in Israel bro!"....In short, it has the worst characteristics of the kinds of hookah bars in the city that act like holding pens for underage kids who can't drink but do anyway, except here the drinkings house-subsidized. I went here once to see a friend play and have never been back.
    Kill me.

Cafe Oasis is literally an Oasis in Binghamton. Where else can you go and have a nice relaxing drink and smoke delicious flavored hookah? (I like the tropicana flavor the best) The staff is friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced. I like the music selection and I always have fun when I'm here.

I had a birthday party here once and it's a great place to have a party. There was a band, plenty of couches for all my friends and we all enjoyed ourselves. The beer selection is also very unique. Will definitely be back again. The only thing I would change is that I wish was that it was closer to my house!

This place is all right and I am being nice... But, if your underage go here they do a great job at serving every one.

Maybe my first visit was on an off night. It's possible. I've been here twice in the past couple of weeks, and I've been much more impressed with the service. The bartender both times was polite and efficient. They came around with coals.

All things considered, this still isn't my favorite place. But it is an acceptable location to end the night. I'll be back when my friends are interested in coming.
