Capers Kitchen and Bar

Not impressed.  Dined here because of a BOGO coupon which really isn't BOGO since you could only get $8.00 off of your meal.  Very high priced, but seems like the norm for Naples.  Food was tasteless though the menu seemed enticing.  For dessert, they gave us a menu that food items didn't exist anymore which THEY actually sounded delicious, then presented us with the current menu of undesirable choices.   My fellow diner likes bread pudding so she ordered that.  They have no idea what bread pudding is, they presented us with a few slices of bread with cinnamon sprinkled on top, waitress asked us if we liked it since we didn't eat it, gave honest opinion, offered our money back, then the manager/owner was displeased he refunded our money, we never asked for our money back, it was the waitress' idea, we were just honest about what we thought about the dessert.   Owner has no idea about customer service, at least the waitress was great.
