If you are ever staying in the Catskills make sure you stay at Catskill Rose. Â Once you enter the room you will notice how clean the rooms are. Â Open the refrig,. Â the best scones you have ever tasted for breakfast. Â But most of all make sure you take out time to have a delicious dinner at the restaurant located steps from the beautiful rooms. Â My husband and I go to the Catskill Rose several times a year for the last several years. Â If you want clean, quiet, GREAT food you must stop in and try the Catskill Rose. Â Peter and Rose are so helpful. Â If you would like to find places to go to hear great music, hiking, skiing, walking etc... Just ask Peter and Rose. Â
We are planning a trip in a few weeks. Â We know where we are staying.

This is a fabulous restaurant! Â The food was amazing!
The chef must have been trained in the finest of schools.. Every bite had a marvelous combination of  flavor-filled delights that stays on my memory days later.  I cant wait to go back! The duck appetizer was simply amazing, and the lamb was incredible!
Even the Martinis were better than I have had anywhere else!
And they say you have to go to NYC for fine cuisine! Ha! We have a gem right here in Mount Tremper!
Was on a trip with friends in Phoenecia and yelped this place. They literally served my three friends and I the worst meal of our lives. We eat everything under the sun but had one bite and could not bear to put anymore in our mouths. The pork chop must have been rubbed in salt. The sweet potato gnocchi sounded like a great idea, but was like biting into a wax candlestick. Â It was as though five year olds had cooked a meal and served it to us a day later. And on top of it all, the night we went there was only one man running the whole restaurant, the service was terrible and said man was horribly rude. Never again!
