Celia's Mexican & American Restaurant

Been going to Celias for years,1st time in San Mateo,and was pleasantly surprised by the Great Service from Nelson,A true Gentleman,just so nice and thoughtful,,an absolute Asset to Celias,Guacomole was excellent along with their Famous margaritas,just a great Lunch,Thanks so much...

I went for lunch once and it was ok but I haven't gone back. However, they have a great happy hour. Great prices on margaritas, well drinks, and appetizers. Good place to go after work. I go regularly with my co-workers.

I have been coming here for years. By far the best Celia's in the Bay Area (I have tried a few other locations and they are not nearly as good as San Mateo).
