  I showed up the other night at around 8:30 with my group of about 10. We ordered 2 hookahs. I know my shisha and but I had never heard of Legendary before. I asked them about it and apparently it's made by someone in the area. We walked into the lounge and we were the first group in and the place. We get the bowel going and flavor was okay but they are better off going with something reputable like Tangiers, Starbuzz or Al Fakher. When the bowel got harsh the attendant had to mess around with the hookah and did weird shit like taking the bowel off and blowing up into it. I asked for a pair of tongs but they wanted to have the attendant manage it which was annoying.  After a bit, they told us a DJ would be getting there around 9:30 which we were expecting since the place does label itself as a nightclub. I expected some chiller music for a while and then some dancier stuff later on in the night. Instead, we got  obnoxiously blazing loud top 40 right as the music started playing. After about 15 minutes of yelling trying to continue the conversation in our group we just decided to cut our losses and headed next door to chill at J&Rs. Chandeliers hookah lounge is really confused about what it wants to be and I don't think the owner even knows what atmosphere a hookah lounge is supposed to provide.

  I just got back from the grand opening of Chandeliers Hookah lounge and was extremely disappointed.
  
  Chandeliers is a complete scam of a place and the hookah was terrible. The interior is comparable to a shabby garage, the hookahs weren't smoking, I was scammed into paying $20 for a hookah that I had to complain about four times until it start, the owners have no idea about what they are serving, the served mixes are not prepared there like a traditional lounge does, instead they have just invest in cans upon cans of this new and shit sheesha called legendary, the seating is awkward and uncomfortable too.
  
  They completely messed up my order, when I got there they showed me their nasty menu and asked me what I'm looking for, I told them I wanted a fruit bowl but its seemed like they didn't know what I was talking about, I was with my friends and they wanted something fruity so the owners wife suggested "My X". She also said as if she was gonna hook it up, that she'd give us it in a orange. The bill came out to $20 fucking dollars. In that amount at most lounges you can get the creme de la creme of hookahs, but this was shit. My friends and I went to sit down and we were confused because there was no seating, I went back and asked them where we should sit and I was told by the owner that I need to be patient and that they are bringing in seats for us. When we finally sat down and were given our hookah it was connected to a made in china piece of shit disposable hose. Coals were placed on the bowl and it wouldn't start, I looked around and no one at all had a working hookah. I then went to go ask what was up and they came and placed more coals on the bowl. It wouldn't start again and I realized that it wasn't even a orange bowl that was being smoked, as I had paid for, so I went again and asked them to sort it out. They came back and switched it with a fruit and again it didn't work, so then I found the owner and respectfully told the nice and jolly guy the situation and he went in the back and made me a bowl in a apple (again I had been con-ed into buying an orange)... the thing barely smoked and the flavor was shit. At one point I had kindly asked for my money back but I was told by the owners wife that it was nonrefundable. My friends and I left after about 20 minutes so we gave our hookah to some nice locals that had kept staring at us because our hookah was the only one in the lounge that was somewhat working.
  
  Overall tonight was a waste of time and money, I really hope that non of my bobcat family goes and wastes their time out there. I only make $9 an hour and I love spending it on things that I can enjoy, but tonight really just upset me. It was such a scam. Please don't go there, check out Xhale in Turlock instead, I can promise you'll have a really nice time.
