  I went back recently with my family.  The food is horrible.   It seems to take longer than it should to get our food.  I don't think I'll be returning.

  We visited this place again this weekend and found it better than we remembered.  Maybe it's because their business has finally slowed down to more manageable levels.  At any rate, everything tasted good and the service was much improved.  Yay!

  Review 8.3.13 (Saturday Evening)
      Upon arriving, they told us, it would be a "26-31" minute wait for a table for 4. We waited about 15 minutes, and we were seated.
      She took out drink, appetizer, and entrée orders right on the spot. Our drinks and appetizer came in exceptional time. However we had only an average wait for our food. The food was great, as usual.
     ( My only concern was that our waitress never collected our empty glasses when we finished them. )

  Service was horrible. Waited 30 for food. When it came all meals were cold and my chicken was pink. Food tasted good, better if made correctly. Pricing is good. The manager made it right.

  I stopped in for a late lunch with my grandfather one afternoon around 2:30.  There were some customers but it was not busy.
  
  It's another casual eating restaurant chain.
  
  We placed our order and lost track of time from chatting.  I realized things seemed to be taking a long time but made the comment that I don't mind as long as the food is fresh.  That was apparently the curse.
  
  Our server, Jeremy, brought out our food after about 25 minutes.  I guess the food was cold, it had been sitting in the kitchen for about 10 minutes based on the temperature.  The only time we saw Jeremy was within a couple minutes of getting our food and I was asking my grandfather if his was cold as well.  We didn't see Jeremy until we were about done and I just wanted to get out.  We had other things to do and didn't want to be delayed.
  
  My grandfather ate his meal and I only had about half of my chicken/pasta dish.  
  
  I won't be going back unless forced.

  This place is awesome. Wonderful service and atmosphere. Prices are fair. And if you like ribs, this is the best I have had!!!!!

  Atmosphere and decor is nice and clean. Food is priced well. Portions are large. Service is normally adequate. However, Be warned My Fitness Pal users and fellow calorie counters,  NO nutritional information is available on apps or on their own website. Either laziness or are they hiding just how bad their food is for you?  That is blasphemy within the healthy living community but I still patronize on occasion but I have to guess exactly what I'm putting in my body.

  The Honey BBQ ribs are the best in town!!! Great service & friendly employees. The food can be hit or miss but usually very good!

  Cheddar's Review Vienna WV 10.20.12
  
  Intro: wait time was shorter then my last visit for this location. Greeted average and taken care of at average pace. Waiter was nice though.  
  
  Order 1 (mine): chicken Alfredo with a side salad. I liked it. It was extra cheesy and creamy. Portions were bigger than last time by a good bit. Better texture than last time.
  
  Order 2 (husband's): some kinda burger and a potato soup. He liked both of his items.
  
  Service: Our waiter was nice. He did a good job. Pretty prompt and got orders right. Nice to deal with.

  The food was very good besides the fact they feel the need to put pea's in everything even the rice and it is not quoted on the menu but other then that I really enjoyed the food. The service their is awesome and they were very nice

  Had dinner with my family today.  Food was very good and fresh tasting.  Nice bright atmosphere.  Service was basic.  Something I have had happen more than once in Parkersburg...dinner came with the appetizers coming later.  The point of an appetizer is to bring it out, and let the customer finish before dinner is served!  Dinner was brought out by two and the waitress accompanied them...they quickly sat the food down and left without asking if everything was OK, or if we needed anything else?!  They were not even busy!     I will rate the food a four, and service a 2 1/2...giving the whole experience a 3...which is 'good.'
