Chetty's at Northwood Hills Country Club

This is open to the public, just not the bar area which is only for the Elks club folk. The bar/pub gets packed but the restaurant hasn't the two times we've visited.

I had the ribeye and we've also had the Chicken Marsala and Chicken Pomodora. The ribeye was delicious. I've managed at Morton'a Steakhouse and Hyde Park Grille so I take my steaks seriously. This was tasty, tender and cooked properly.

The Marsala was also delicious but the Pomodoro was alright. I prefer my Pomodoro with fresh tomatoes and it seemed like they used some paste. The Marsala had a good pan sauce that was very well balanced.

The Marsala and ribeye came with creamy mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. Dessert was a rich, moist chocolate cake.

They don't really have a wine program. Jug wines is what I was told. A great value.

No matter what your taste buds dictate you choose from the broad menu at Chetty's at Northwood Hills, the Chef will definitely not disappoint.  Starting with an appetizer, moving to his award winning Chetty Signature Salad and then the entree that you decide to go with that evening, his food will take you on a culinary journey that you have never experienced!  Make sure you leave room for dessert and come back with friends!!
