I've been wanting to grab a bite here for a while now, and have been in an absolute PANIC that it would close down before I got a chance.... RUN, don't walk to Moose's!!! Â Please don't pass this gem by!! Â Springfield is DROWNING in same old, same old chains and someplace like this might tend to scare off the unadventurous, but give it a shot and you WON'T be disappointed. Â HUGE dinner portions, great appetizers, and lighter choices as well. Â We got it to go, but might stay next time to eat in. Â There are some sampler options, which allow you to try a bit of everything. Â We had the Jerusalem Platter, which might just be responsible for FINALLY bringing PEACE to the Middle East-- A great mix of kebabs, schwarma, and yummy marinated veggies, plus salad and rice or fries. Â Also loved the stuffed grape leaves and falafel. Â Wishing it came w/ some pita bread on the side, but really, we're so stuffed, don't know where/how we would have fit it in!! Â Will be back again SOON!!
Review Source:Authentic Middle Eastern food?..in Springfield?.. Preposterous, but delicious! Â This place is a culinary oasis in the dining desert of Springfield, OH.
I love this place! Â If ethnic food is not your thing, they have a ton of yummy American favorites to choose from. It's good for all! Â
The atmosphere and service are what they are. Â The restaurant is clean and the food comes out hot. Â The people are friendly and you get what you order. Â If you're looking for impeccable team service with all the gold trimmings and schmoozing, go to Smith & Wollenky's or Hyde Park. Â If you want awesome Middle Eastern food, go to Moose's. Â
I do... repeatedly.
