All you can eat ribs on Thursdays? Sign me up!  However, these ribs were very disappointing.  They fell off the bone (I like mine with a little bite), but tasted like beef jerky.  The ribs were WAY over cooked and left to simmer in sauce until some unsuspecting sucker (me) fell for this marketing ploy.

On the plus side, our service was good and my son's food (cheese quesadilla) suited him just fine.  If I go back, and that's a big if, I would probably go just for drinks, chips and salsa, and possibly an appetizer.

My first ever Chevy's visit! We came here to celebrate my boyfriend's dad for Father's Day. This is the default place he usually enjoys to come and eat, so we did just that.

Service was really good. The lady made sure we got what we wanted and did it all in a timely manner.

Food was decent. I really loved the chicken quesadilla and chips and salsa. Everyone else were happy with their orders as well.  Bonus for Jason's dad - they gave him a free container of salsa and bag of tortilla chips.  

Margaritas were tasty and perfect in every way imagineable. We went during happy hour which made it even better with the prices.

I enjoyed my experience for sure and hope to come back soon.

I have been to this location many times. In general, I feel like Chevy's has gone downhill over the last couple of years. We called on Friday and made a reservation for Saturday night, because there were 12 of us coming in. We show up at 6:30 on Saturday night, and the reservation is nowhere to be found. After a few minutes, they were able to make some room for us on the enclosed patio, which had a fireplace and heat lamps. There was only one other table out there. Possibly due to that, our table seemed to be forgotten at times. Our server was nice enough, but we didn't see her too often. I think any employee that came out onto the patio wished they hadn't, because each time they did, we had to ask for drink refills, chips and salsa, etc. A friend asked for sour cream once her meal came, and waited 10-15 minutes and never received it. She finally went inside to ask someone for it, and saw our server just standing around. Nice.

Overall, Chevy's is not on my list of top restaurants any longer, but given our group size and the fact that 4 of the 12 are kids, we didn't have many options. So we'll probably get stuck going here again at some point in the future.
