Went in on a Sunday for lunch! I was surprised to see that it was open, as it was hardly noticeable from the street. I was very IMPRESSED by the service and the burgers were the best I've ever had! It seems to be an undiscovered and under rated restaurant! I will go back for sure!!

My husband and I decided to try DeCarlos because he bought the Groupon and we needed to use it before it expired. We should have just let it expire! The service was very poor, but I felt bad for the waitress because you could definitely tell she was new and inexperienced and she was the only one. It took 15 minutes to get a drink and after we ordered- the Inside out Lucy Burger and the Sinful Lucy Burger. It took an hour before our food came out. 2 other tables that came in after us received their food before we did. On top of that, they got my husbands order wrong and his burger was not cooked correctly and was cold. Needless to say we will never be going back. We went to another restaurant after we left! I think someone needs to call Bar Rescue and have John Taffer come help them,  if not I don't think they will stay in business for very much longer. I definitely would give a half star if it were an option.

Craving a tasty burger?  This is the place to get it.  DeCarlo's features stuffed burgers, two patties merged into one, surrounding cheese, mushrooms, and your choice(s) of several other options.  They are the highlight of the menu, rest is pretty basic.   It is a Bar/Grill after all, not a fine dining establishment.  Love the fact it's non smoking too.  The servers are friendly, efficient, and attractive.  Nice combo there!
