I don't get all the negative reviews. The service is always really good, the food is great, the kids love it and the prices are reasonable. We usually get the mixed grill fajitas, which is enough to feed both me and my BF. They also make great tableside guacamole and the chips & salsa they give you are really good. This isn't going to be my first choice for date night, but for a meal with the family where you can count on consistent quality and service - it's a no-brainer!

Very slow service.  The food has deteriorated throughout the years.  The rice was dry and fish tacos were slightly over-cooked.  Salsa is always good and I appreciate the military discount.  I probably won't eat here again unless it's Armageddon and there are no other choices.

It is unbelievable how much this restaurant has gone downhill. We went there last night to celebrate our sons 21st birthday. First off, it took a long time before anyone noticed us. I don't know if they were short on wait staff, but they did manage to put THREE hostesses up at the hostess stand! When someone did come to take our drink order, it was a young man who seemed very flustered. The owner of the restaurant might want to know that my son ordered a beer, and he was not carded! It's shocked me, because my son looks 15! He also didn't card my daughter and she looks in her late teens! I was shocked and flabbergasted by this. A waiter not checking someone's ID is cause for a restaurant to lose their liquor license! So, after we ordered our drinks, we literally sat there and waited for almost 30 minutes before they showed up! It was ridiculous!

Now to the food...it was terrible! It has been about 2 years since we went to this restaurant, and it will be our last. I ordered a chili relleno, and it tasted like nothing. There was zero flavor! It was nothing but breading and cheese. It is supposed to be pepper jack, but the cheese was flavorless too. The chili didn't taste like a chili either. No heat, no spice, no nothing. We wanted this to be a great experience for our son, and instead, it was a disappointment!
