  2 for 20 is a great deal. The food is pretty consistent (good), and sadly it's one of the better restaurants in Stafford. It's become our fallback when everything else in town fails us. The burgers and sirloins are quite good, and good value. Service is usually quite good and really makes a big difference in my book. Good service can overcome a lot of issues.

  With 4+ Mexican restaurants within a 1 mile radius....CHILI's ( an American Grill) has by far the best fajitas! Good service, good food, and awesome lava cake for dessert! Summer is the best server at this location, she is always there for refills and is very efficient.

  Food was great. Ordered a margarita with amaretto and was charged $5.50 for a marg and another $6.50 for a shot of amaretto.  What ever happened to just a high end drink? $12 for 16 ounces of a so so margarita?  No thanks.

  I really enjoy the chips and salsa offered here, however the food could be better.  We went on a Saturday night so they had all the trainees out delivering food.  Margartias were pretty good but I wasn't impressed.

  This place is... okay.  
  
  I came here and ordered their special... where you get an appetizer, and a meal.
  
  I ordered the ribs with rice.. and got their onion rings and jalapeno's with no jalapeno's.
  
  The onion rings were okay.  They were real thin.  Very oily.   It came with a jalapeno sauce.
  
  The ribs were one of the worst ribs i've eaten.  There was too much sauce on it, and they were tough.  Maybe it had been sitting out for hours. I don't know.  
  
  I did not like their rice either.  The spices were all off.  It tasted weird.  I doubt I will ever come back here.
  
  The good thing though, is that the employees here are pretty cool.

  First-lee, it's a friggin chain, so, -1 star.
  Second-lee, they forgot to buy ribs from the butcher that actually had MEAT on the bone, so, -1 star
  Third-lee, they cooked these ribs as if the ribs had committed a crime, so, -1 star
  Fourth-lee, a milk shake is SUPPOSED to be thick, rich and creamy, not watery, bland and made with water instead of milk, so, -1 star.
  
  The waitress was nice and told us the fastest way to I-95, +1 star (bonus, since, any direction away from this toilet is a good direction)
  
  We should have gotten the runs at the border (Taco Bell/Hell), at least then I would have had something in my stomach beside digestive acids waiting for nutrients.

  I've been to this Chili's many times.. but only because friends wanted to go.  The only thing I like about them is their big margaritas but that's about it.
  
  Everything on their menu is spicy and nasty.  Every time I've gone they mess something up.  One time when I went I ordered chicken quesadillas and mashed potatoes and the mashed potatoes had huge chunks of ice in them and the quesadilla was cold.  They didn't give us a discount or anything.  
  
  Some of the staff are nice.. others are bitchy, it's about half and half.  If I ever go back it will be for drinks only.
