  They will make any dish on the menu with Tofu instead of meat. They use fresh, perfectly cooked vegies. This is a rare find. I am always on the look out for asian restaurants who will substitute meat with tofu and I usually have not luck. I finally find one in Springfield, MO and only get the pleasure of eating here when I visit from out of town. The Vegie fried rice is the best I have ever had. You must ask them to add the tofu. Also, if you like spicy, ask for a side of the hot oil.
