Just an update- we called the manager the day after- never got a call back. So I guess that proves what kind of management they have there. There are 2 types of restaurants in Springfield as far as I'm concerned.. the ones that would be able to survive in NY where we're from (Aviary, for example)... and the ones that would end up closed in a month... Flame would never survive with the service they give.
Review Source:After tonight I will never dine there again. Selection was awful, no entertainment and no valentine decor.
We have dined here before and everything was fantastic. This time the owner and chef must have decided it wasn't worth preparing a good menu. Fixed pricing with four dinner options and dessert served with plastic spoons!
Never go after 6pm since the menu prices almost double and the food isn't worth the premium.
