Where is the RANDOM song when I need it???
DISCLAIMER - this review is for CHINESE food takeout based in Harford county only

This area is not very ethnically diverse at all, but to find this little Chinese take-out gem was VERY surprising.

The food is pretty close to what I ate in Chinatowns around the major cities that catered to the less adventurous Chinese food fans =)

I had the Szechuan String Beans, Lake Tung Ting Shrimp, and Chicken and Broccoli in white sauce.

My usual complaints about Chinese take-out is that they have awful tasting chicken... slight freezer burn and ... lack of flavor, but the chicken here doesn't seen to taste as awful.  The white sauces (egg white or wine based) are really good and not to be missed.  The Shrimp was fresh tasting and lacekd freezer burn =)  The Szechuan string beans didnt have the bitter melon, but for this area, it made sense not to have it in there.

overall... good place for chinese.  not OVERLY starchy or salty.
