This was a place we stopped along the way to Philly. Â We found it by using Yelp and the service was friendly and fast. Â The food was ok, nothing special. Â I had a salad that was fresh and crisp, my son had chicken tenders that were cooked perfectly, and my hubby had a philly cheese steak sandwich and it was good. Â
The food was just ok, I can't remember what we ordered for dessert but I remember not finishing it because it was eh. Â
There is no baby change table at this restaurant so don't be having any accidents. Â The bathroom is small. Â
There is a bar with TV and there seemed to be plenty of people eating there.
I also noticed the amount of space in the restaurant, so if you happen to have a stroller or wheelchair it would be easily accessible.
I've been coming stopping for take out at this restaurant recently. I have a very long commute home every night, about 90 minutes. Sometimes I eat on the way home. I used to just grab a sandwich at the wawa next door as I bought gas, but now, more often than not, I'll order a sub here. I like the pizzaburger sub, and the chicken breast sub so far. They seem to run it through the pizza oven and bake it..the bread tastes fantastic. Â
It's become a habit for me to go and order there. They are pretty fast. If I don't call it in, I can order, drive over to wawa and get my fuel topped off and come back. The sandwich is usually ready by that point. If I call it in, it's ready in 10 minutes. Of course this is at about 6 pm. I'm not sure about lunchtime rush.
Anyway, they're really pretty good. I have not sat down there for a meal yet.
First time I ate here, I got a sandwich on the way home from work. Â I did not call ahead, and it was ready within 5 minutes, probably less. Â And it was a fantastic sub! Â It was lightly toasted, turkey, not too heavy on the mayo, good quality meat and condiments, and I am a very harsh critic of sandwiches. Â
Second time, me and my girlfriend were in the area, and I told her we had to go in. Â We got pizza. Â My girlfriend is very italian, and also a very harsh critic of italian food. Â So harsh that she only gets pizza from only a couple places. Â After convincing her to try it, she loved it! Â
The MD crab soup is worth a try as well, definitely one of the better soups I have tried. Â Not a lot of shell, decent portion of crab. Â
It seems to be well run and operated, at least from what I observed. Â You can see the kitchen from the lobby, and the times I have been there, it was clean and organized. Â
Keep it up!
