I stumbled across this place because there was a sign advertising daily specials on the sidewalk. Â I have never had such amazing "bar food" in my life. Â I tried the bacon guacamole burger and the soup of the day. Â What a concept! Â The burger was 1/2 lb and the guacamole was home-made and super fresh. Â The bacon was crispy but not burned. Â Everything blended together perfectly. Â I talked with the owner and she's a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and an actual chef. Â It's not too often you find a chef cooking in a pub but she runs her catering business there too and that explains it. Â She says they do takeout too. Â The prices were reasonable $6.50 for the burger with fries.
