Chef Tsadakeeyah is AMAZING.  I work with 15-19 years youth from the west-side that NOT-eating meat is crazy. One day a week we had Meatless Monday Lunch. It was fun to watch the reactions of the youth. He made a Jerk Tofu Wraps, the Kids could not believe that there was no meat in it. The way Chef T, flavors the food you for get that you are not eating meat. I personally have change my diet, with the wonderful lunches that we recieved have made me re-think that being Vegan is possible.

Chef Tsadakeeyah has been wowing Chicago with delicious vegan cuisine for a while. I asked them to cater an event this summer and the food got rave reviews. I was disappointed that there weren't more leftovers for me to take home. Now he and his team have officially launched their catering business. You can even order Christmas dinner from them. Have them deliver lunch to your office, you won't be disappointed.
