We had our 37th anniversary (7/10/13) dinner at Cindy Pawlcyn's and it was great.  We were looking for a casual but quality restaurant that wasn't all Napa Valley fluff  yet had a menu that's different and that's what we got. Perfect to sit on the outside patio on a warm evening, impeccable service, and very unique dishes prepared to perfection; steamed mussels, calamari, eggplant fries, and you have to try the glazed pork belly appetizer.  Leave room for a dessert!!
A special shout out to Jonathan the manger for making food recommendations and his attentiveness. Â Like I said, a low key, quality dining experience, excellent food and a cut above without gouging the wallet. Â BTW we didn't leave hungry
This place is very tasty! The heirloom tomato salad is fabulous, the steamed oysters were different and wonderful, as was the ketchup for the onion rings! Also, the wine prices are super reasonable. The reason this is not 5 star is because it was VERY cold in there, to the point we were going to leave, and it took us asking 4-5 times if the air could be turned down. Â There were only 2 other couples in there at the time, so it's not like it was packed and they were trying to keep it cool.
