ive been hitting the circle since 85 and the place has changed a lot. however some things never change such as the great atmosphere ribs burgers and fries. my advice whenever in the QC stop by just like I always do.

Food selection is great.  The cook's are very friendly.  I'm just cool with this place.

If it is good meaty ribs you want and really good fries served on a tray then you have arrived here.  It takes a while for the ribs so get your order in right away and have a beer while you wait.  The ribs are meaty and cooked well - I would prefer a spicier sauce - a little too sweet for me but the ribs are so good I can overlook a so so sauce.
This is a well frequented neighborhood bar that is bigger than it looks with  outside seating.
