Cheap beer decent chicks..not a bad small town bar..beats mostve the other ghetto ass places in the area

Everytime I have been to this bar, there is either a bad  cover band or a solo guitarist who is so depressing it makes me want to harm myself.  Further, there are enough regulars in this bar, that it is difficult to get a seat at the bar and/or to be served promptly. Usually that adds to atmosphere, but in this case the crowd is largely arrogant.
