  My husband and I visited here on 7/09/2013. It was line-dancing night. The set up was nice and the waitress we had was nice. Not so found of the security guard at the door. The food was not the best as I had the potato soup and grilled cheese. The potato soup was flavorless. My husband had the baked chicken, macaroni, and dirty rice. He chose the macaroni after reading the reviews. Not the beat, but overall the place was nice, and we will attend again in the future.

  For the over 30 crowd, they are killin the 757!  No cover charge, cheap ans strong drinks, food to die for, DJ off the chain.  What more to ask for?  If you still wasting your time at Broadway and Upscales then you are truly missing out.  Get there early on Friday and Saturdays.  One down side, the female owner is too hard on the dress code for the ladies IMO.

  The food at the comfort zone is AMAZING! If you are looking for traditional soul food then this is the place to be.  I have been here on several occasions and I've yet to be disappointed.  I've had the fried fish, fried chicken, ribs, and so on and son on lol!!  Never once been disappointed. The potato salad and mac n cheese are my favorite sides.  
  
  I hear this is also the place to be for the 35 and over crowd however, be warned they have a STRICT dress code, if your skirt is too short the bouncers will turn you around at the door!

  Peach cobbler is great.
  
  This place doubles as a club on weekends.  STRICT dress code.  Every time I went, some FEMALE could not get in over sneakers or ripped jeans.  30 and over crowd.  Get there early if you want a table (by 8pm).  Good music.  Nice crowd.

  If you want to have a GREAT TIME, go to this lounge. OMG!!! Great staff and the food is great. People who you meet there are friendly and respectful. Dance the night away. NO COVER CHARGE. But you will have to get there early on Friday & Saturday nights around 7pm. Why? Lots of people go there and I mean lots! Not crowded inside. Nice space to dance.

  This Restaurant & Lounge has been open a little over 2 years now and I must say it is the best 30 plus club in the Hampton Roads area.  So if you are 30 plus and looking for great southern Cajun cuisine and want to party with people your age you have to come check this establishment out. It is awesome and most of all there is no cover charge ever. Check out the website and you will see what I am talking about.
