Conquest Brewing

This place churns out some tasty brews that range from a lighter blonde to your heavier coffee stouts and the inferno that they call the Imperial Bipolar High Roller, which is brewed with ghost peppers. WHEW. Some of my favorites are the Seven Seas Ale, as well as the Artemis Blonde.

The tasting room doesn't seem to be set up for lingering. It's not very large, and dark. Smaller, dark areas evoke the feeling of a bar, but this space doesn't really. I doubt they really want lingering anyway, since they've got a lot of brewing to do to keep up with demand. Columbians be thirsty!

Owners are great people and passionate about what they do. The tasting room is on the small side, but great for talking about what's important: beer (naturally).
