  I've been in Coopers several times and it has been a hit or miss.  Some nights I get a beer right away, the other times the bartenders are too busy talking to their friends or go outside and totally ignore the patrons.  Several nights there has been alot of sketchy characters that are drunk, high or both that should be shown the door but are allowed to be obnoxious...I really miss the Crazy Horse!

  Cooper's is a cool place,  stopped here for a couple quick drinks while we were in Nevada City. This place wasn't listed on Yelp. Seemed like some pretty fun people hang out here.
  The bartender was friendly and has been there for years.
