I'm only able to rate Copper Creek Brewing Co. on their beer...
We just wanted to hang out with some new friends on the little patio, out front, so I went in and got us a couple samplers of all their beers.
The place looks nice and the service was friendly...... but their beer... well...... I'm sorry... sucks...
The stout was the only OK choice, but the rest were lousy, at best (and all, we were with, agreed...). Â To top it off, they only had 4 choices...
It's a brewpub with lousy brew...... so perhaps their food is a major win?... but we probably won't be back to find out.
Came here on a late Friday afternoon to get some beers and dinner and wasn't disappointed.
This place brews their own beer and they offer four different types of their home brewed beer on tap. Â I had an American Pale Ale that was excellent. Â I would have liked a little more choice in draft beers, but appreciated the high quality of what I was offered. Â I was looking for the espresso stout that others recommend here, but when I went in May it was not on their list. Â You can't beat the $3 price for their draft beers.
The best part of my experience was the excellent service from a very friendly and attentive bartender. Â She made you feel comfortable and right at home even though I had never been here before. Â There were no problems in getting orders taken or drinks refilled when I needed them.
I had their kettle chips to start, which seemed home made and were a good salty companion to the beers. Â For dinner I tried their bison burger, which was a nice alternative to a beef burger and was fairly tasty but a little plain. Â It came with a choice of cheeses, and I chose Gouda. Â They had a nice cheese selection for the burgers. Â The best part, though, was the excellent wilted spinach that I tried as a healthier alternative to fries. Â I recommend that side dish highly--you'll like it even if you are not a spinach fan. Â The portion was a little on the small side.
