Corky's Place

I went here with a group of friends for a going away karaoke party and there were a number of different races who all speak different languages so we were wondering if they could pull up some songs to our liking. They did! Jay Chou was playing and that was awesome.

They definitely have the capability to do that so A+++ for that. Another nice feature is that they have a pool table so people were able to do other things beside singing. It's full bar so order whatever you like and the people are nice. It's a divey place so don't expect the place to play any loud clubby music unless you pick a song like that. Anyhow for being open mic, it was fun.

Life Goes On at Corky's. I think a lot of people go here for the sing along music. I think a lot of energy has been transferred to that activity. It is sad because that takes away from the drinking aspect. This was a good bar to be down and out at. I still have had excellent times at Corky's and it is one of the best bars in the Cleveland area.

Karaoke karaoke karaoke. The crowd there is awesome on the karaoke nights. Ambiance is sorta divey meets hipster (they are about the same thing anyhow). Its hit or miss but more hits than misses in my experience.

Complaints?

The only thing I'd change is knock the booze prices down a few notches. PLEASE!
