I meant to write this a few minths back and just got around to it. Unfortunately, I forgot the owner's name. It doesn't matter, he'll tell you what it is.
Myself and two others had some time to kill on the way to catch flights home after a week of work in Slidell. Had a few hours to kill and decided to find something close to the airport. This was perfect.
Tucked in the corner of a shopping strip. Plenty of tables and a good old pool-hall look and feel. Cold beer, friendly service, and if we'd been hungry, they have a deal with the place next door to carry in food.
It's also smoker friendly without being unfriendly to non-smokers. A perfect way to wind down before hitting the airline industry.
